Better than expected
I was hesitant at first because I saw a few bad reviews, BUT the price is about half what it costs to go to a salon for one wax, so I figured I would give it a shot. So, the instructions say to turn the heat up all the way to melt the wax, and then back down to desired temp. I did that and got super nervous because the temperature was not cooling down (which was a concern I had from some reviews). The wax was melted, so I removed the bucket, turned the knob all the way off, unplugged it, and waited like one minute. Set it to 160 and it cooled down to 160 and worked exactly how it should. Its also super easy to use, and the wax is not messy at all. Also it works exactly the same as going to a salon, but saves soooo much money, and honestly it hurts LESS when youre ripping out your own hair. For real. Im super pleased with this product.

The numbers on the pot itself, and the numbers on the packages sent with it do not match. The different waxes do use the same instructions as whatâs in the picture but it doesnât tell you on the packages..

Great Wax Kit!
Received the wax kit and was super excited to try it out. Noticed that the lid was broken upon delivery, but we decided to go ahead and try it out and we would just try to get a replacement lid later that day. Tried it out and the heat temperature settings were easily set (just remember that after you set it to your temperature, then it will go all the way up, even past the temp you set, then lower back down to your desired temp). The smell of the wax beans was a bit strong without having the lid on it during the melting process, but I guess thats why it comes with a lid, so that wasnt a concern right then. As far as the waxing process goes, it was super easy to use, easy to handle, stuck to hair not skin. It didnt get every single hair there, but thats a given when using hard wax on a larger section like legs. So I just went over one more time in the missed areas and it ended up perfect!As far as replacing the lid, amazon was literally amazing about it. Because we thought we could just get a replacement lid, we had obv already used the waxer. Well they informed me they couldnt just send a lid as it comes in a kit, but they would send me a whole new wax kit, without having to return the other one, so it could still be used while we waited on the new one. All at no charge.So overall the whole process and the waxer itself ended up being great. Would recommend, 10/10, esp for beginners.

El calentador de cera funciona muy bien, calienta rápido y mantiene la temperatura adecuada durante toda la sesión.La cera se adhiere bien al vello y es fácil de retirar sin dejar residuos pegajosos. También incluye aplicadores, guantes y productos para preparar y cuidar la piel, lo que me pareció un gran detalle.Lo he usado en piernas y axilas, y los resultados han durado mucho más que con otros métodos como la rasuradora. Además, la piel me quedó suave y sin irritación.

Gets the job done
Itâs not bad but I think there are better options out there. The wax it comes with is not very good. It dries so fast that itâs a bit difficult to even spread it on your skin. The temperature doesnât seem accurate either. It doesnât properly stay warm at the higher temps. Still, itâs not a bad wax warmer if you buy better wax but there are definitely better options out there.

Easy to use
It’s easy to use and less mess than the old one I used until it quit working. I had to use cloth strips with my old waxer. With this new waxer, the wax beads are awesome, they melt easily and it’s easy to spread the wax on with the sticks provided. Once the wax dries just pull it off and the hair is gone. The old waxer I had for 6 years didn’t always take the hair off on the first try and I had to repeat the process. The price was very reasonable too. I definitely recommend this to anyone that’s looking to start waxing at home. Two thumbs ð ð up!!
