I used this for about 2 and a half months. At first I didnât have any side effects and after only a few weeks I felt like I was seeing baby hairs at my hair line and it felt like my hair line was filling in. But over the last week or so, my hair feels like itâs much frizzier and unmanageable. I also noticed A LOT of my hair falling out when I would shower. Even more than before I started taking this. Iâve also experienced unusual breakouts on my face and blemishes on my body. I really wanted to like this supplement but like with any medicine it can work really well for some and not well for others. Iâm bummed this didnât work for me. I stopped using it today so Iâm hoping my skin will clear up and Iâll see less hair shedding.I think this product is absolutely worth trying. This is just my experience.
