If you have a fast eater, a bored pup, or just want to add enrichment to your dogâs routine, this snuffle mat is a simple, affordable, and effective solution.Slowed my dogâs eating from 30 seconds to 10 minutes and turned dinner into a fun sniffing game. My dog LOVES this!
My dog LOVES this thing! It keeps her busy for a good 45 minutes if she gets distracted, we use it to hide her food because she swallows it whole when we feed her in a bowl. So this has slowed her eating wayyyy down and has helped immensely in keeping her occupied.The quality is nice, i love that itâs felt, BUT it seems like if she scratches at it enough, the strings of the fabric come out and feels fuzzy. Iâm not sure how to describe it but it looks like it might experience some pretty bad ware and tear after a while.I love how easy it is to set up, and the variety of folds help the food get stuck so that my dog can sniff and dig her way around. Very nice toy set up!

Scratchy Diggy Fun
This puzzle arrives rolled up and very very stiff and that’s the only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five. The stiffness made it impossible to use without washing it a few times, but once it was washed and dried it worked beautifully. My pup is a young blue heeler and loves using her nose to find everything and her favorite part was digging at this mat to get bits of food to jump out. Overall, this mat was easy to clean, held up to being washed several times and being chewed and scratched near constantly. I wish it would stick to the floor a bit more, but it is really easy to use and set up and the durability makes it work the money I spent on it. If you have a pup who loves to dig at your rug and furniture, this is the perfect toy to help them use their instincts in a less destructive way.

Mentally Stimulating
I purchased this for my corgi after he was exhibiting some behaviors that could have been due to not getting enough mental stimulation. Summer months are hard on him because he doesn’t like going for walks when it’s too hot. I don’t know how much it helped with his behaviors, but he enjoys it and it keeps his attention for a long time–longer than two other busy buddies he has. I’ve used it several times and it shows wear, but it’s held up okay.

You can find a better mat out there
This mat is effective to keep my dogs busy and make them think. When I received the mat I had to unroll it and place heavy objects on the corners because it kept trying to roll back up.I do not like the material of the mat because it is stiff and the material does not move around easily. That could make it more difficult for the dog to get the food out which could be good for some but I personally rather have a softer material. Since it is a stiff material it makes it hard to place the food/treats but it is still usable.I personally would not buy this brand again based off the material of the product. It still works and that is the only reason I am keeping the mat instead of returning it. The mat in my opinion feels cheap and I do not think it is worth what I paid for it. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because it is still effective but would not be my first choice.

This item is soooo great. My yorkie granddog normally eat her treats in a second. I hide these in Matt it takes her more time to find and she likes the hunt!It really entertains her.

My 6 month pup found another use for this adorable fun mat! She fell in love with it immediately when I added her kibble to it. Then she discovered how mobile it is & scattered kibble all over. So now this mat is her quiet, take it anywhere toy that she happily chews on. The pieces are felt, so she will be monitored as she destroys it, as she is a master chewer.I hide her bones, toilet paper/paper towel cores in the ample hiding places for her to search & conquer. Her activity level with this is quite different from her other toys. I should have purchased this sooner to give me more separation time to get things done.The mat is easy to use, roll up & quickly put back in use. There are two elastic on either end to secure it while rolled.
