For a guy in his mid 30âs, I eat 2 every morning and it helps with any stomach discomfort. Easy to use, I take them with my morning pills so I donât forget because itâs noticeable when you do. Ingredients seem safe to eat. They help everything move smoothly so you donât have to dread struggling in your bathroom so they function as they should. They actually taste pretty good and arenât gritty so the texture was pretty good.

Works good, but barely has a taste- not very fruity
Work fine for adding extra fiber in diet and love the fact lower in sugar! Easy to digest for me, no tummy issues noticed at all.The taste is ok. Not very fruity tasting at all, in fact there is barely any taste. 4 stars due to taste is not bad, it is just not fruity.

Tried these out but they don’t really do anything. Better to just stick with something tried and true like metamucil. At least they taste nice.
