After a full charge, install the U-shaped brush head. Never twist. Shake the foam toothpaste, then press out the foam and evenly apply it to the U-shaped brush head. Paint the whitening gel to your teeth.Put the brush head into your mouth, relax your bite on the U-shaped brush head, and select the right frequency mode for you.Easily brush your teeth, and move your brush back and forth, left to right with your hands at the same time, brushes your teeth for a deeper clean. If you find the mouth piece too small, move it further left and right for a a greater reach. You can leave on one spot and release hands. Perfect to use in the shower. Suggested timing: run through each setting 30 seconds on each and then leave it on the 4th setting (just whitening) for the rest of your shower.After brushing your teeth, use a wet cloth to clean up the water and stagnation of the fuselage. NEVER CHARGE WHEN WET, ALWAYS DRY THE DEVICE BEFORE CHARGING.

Doesn’t get the best results for brushing but MY needs are met.
V-WHITE Ultrasonic U-Shaped ToothbrushWhen putting the toothbrush in I noticed that the U shaped design did not reach my back teeth completely/properly (which is my most difficult area in my mouth to get clean) so just setting it (V-WHITE Ultrasonic U-Shaped Toothbrush) onto the teeth and leaving it to just do its thing was in no way going to get them all cleaned despite the video on Amazon showing that, which was disappointing.On the matter of the brushes vibration: It can feel a bit intense but not horrible, the nausea that I get by the vibration from a regular electric toothbrushes is far worse and I didn’t get any nausea when using this (V-WHITE Ultrasonic U-Shaped Toothbrush), it however did leave a lingering weird feeling from said vibration but went away quickly enough to not be overly bothersome. I didn’t get the gagging result nor the bleeding gum problem that the use of regular electric toothbrushes cause me.When using the toothbrush, I discovered that it’s helpful to wiggle it a bit & shift to different spots in my mouth for better results, I did it at least 2xs per spot for 30 seconds (the built in timer was super useful) hopefully it’ll give me more effective results, all that was still less complicated/frustrating/time consuming than trying to angle/brush with a regular electric toothbrush and I was able to see that it did in fact work to clean my teeth in some way when (starting directly after using mouthwash before brushing) it got some gunk pieces out from between my teeth with the vibration truly proving it at least does work even if not as effectively as I was hoping.When finished brushing and getting to the whole cleaning/rinsing the brush part I learned that what toothpaste you use WILL matter. I usually use some variation of the Crest brand or whatever my dentist decides to give me at my visit (because why waste it) however because a foaming toothpaste is suggested by this toothbrush I tried a gel toothpaste, my normal toothpaste, and the foaming kind. The gel one needed a bit longer to rinse out than I’d have preferred. My normal Crest toothpaste was more frustrating than even that to clean though not to the point that it became a deal breaker. Finally the foaming toothpaste was easily the only one that didn’t take long or take more time than should be needed to rinse out. (it’s all the rubbery bristles and what not that keeps toothpaste trapped in a bit causing a longer cleaning time) Finding one that is going to be a healthy version might end up being difficult as I discovered foaming toothpaste doesn’t seem to have as many choices as other types of toothpaste, still not a deal breaker as I can just buy any kind and it’ll just take longer to clean out.After using it – it was obvious it won’t clean my teeth as effectively as a regular electric toothbrush. The fact it doesn’t get the back teeth properly made that clear from the get go. Still it’s better than not brushing at all or simply only using mouthwash as proven by the little gunk pieces that got cleaned out. So if you have difficulty with other methods of brushing than this at least will get your teeth somewhat cleaned compared to not being able to do anything but it will not be as effective as one would ideally want.If buying here’s my best advice: To get actual results rather than the rather uselessness you get by just setting it on your teeth do not just hold it in your mouth like it shows in the video, shifting it to different angles after the 30 second timer works better and doing it more than once (let’s say at least 2xs for each spot you choose) also will help.Also SERIOUSLY IMPORTANT: If the base isn’t plugged in the cordless toothbrush WILL NOT WORK. Which fair & probably obvious to everyone else but me. I though it just needed plugged in when the toothbrush battery needed charged but it in fact needs it to be plugged in just to work at all. Better instructions would be nice, like how do you change the brush head when it eventually needs changed would be extremely useful information!For me and my needs it was worth every bit of money I spent. My teeth are cleaner and no longer dingy due to the majority of the time only being able to use mouth wash instead of brushing due to nausea.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE! ! !
I’ve been fortunate to have good teeth/hygiene most of my life without the need for regimented brushing… in the past, until I hit my later 40s, I could get away with brushing every other day (haven’t had a cavity or any gum issues in 3 decades) but as I approached 50, it all started to change, and I began to feel the frequent build-up of crud on my teeth if I did not brush. Yes, I was spoiled of having great genetic hygiene in my youth, so I was looking for a simple solution that I could use on the go – well, this is not that “solution” and I don’t know how it rec’d even 3.5 stars… Maybe the folks who have been as lucky as me not to have hygiene issues in the past think this toy works… but for anyone who needs to be cognizant of their teeth/hygiene decline – this is not the answer. You’d have better results using your finger and toothpaste in combination with Listerine…. this garbage device isn’t even worth not brushing your teeth as the outcome would be no different.. Do I love the concept? Absolutely, but my wanting to believe it should work, doesn’t make it a reality. The only reality you will receive from purchasing this product is the financial loss you will suffer if you fail to return the product before the prime deadline expires… I typically don’t write responses but felt compelled as a sophisticated buyer who as a family spends thousands a month on Amazon – this product is a complete utter waste of money!

Autism must have!
I purchased this for my 25yr old autistic son. He has had an electric toothbrush for years, but it just wasn’t doing a good job for him. He could only tolerate the vibration for short amount of time. He also kept missing areas of his mouth and his gum line was always “gross” and often bleed.I bought this toothbrush with low expectations. But to my surprise nearly a year later, I vow to NEVER use a different type of toothbrush for him again! His teeth are soo clean, his gums are more healthy, they no longer bleed and there is no “gross” stuff along the gum line. His dentist even commented on the huge difference! She asked what brush we’re using, so she can recommend them to her other patients! I’ve also recommended it to several other special needs parents. I will admit it is a bit difficult to clean, but I’ve discovered that if you put the mouthpiece into a cup with water and let it sit for a bit then the toothpaste rinses right off. I also use dental appliance cleaner tablets to sanitize it. This toothbrush is a game changer!!

The teeth brushing feels really good with this product idk how much the vibrations actually helped, I would also help it by moving it in my mouth to help make sure it brushes good, as for the blue light idk how much it helps but even if its 1% I guess its better than 0%. PSA this product broke pretty easy and in a short amount of time. Only really use it as a normal tooth brush.Pros. Easy to use, Easy to take anywhere, Feels good when using it to brush with, Has a blue light which you know is pretty neat, Charger easy to travel with, Holds charge for a long timeCons. Well the charging does not work super well mine I have to get it just at the right angle or it will not charge/Should have been magnetized to help it sit flat and stay on the charger, Bottom of product charging point out to far to the point where water can get inside and ruin it/If this is a none fixable problem I mean at least make it sealed so no water can get in fill with some type of sealing glue to fix issues, or you know just make it tight fit so you don’t have to use glue and should solve the problem, The moving middle metal piece that connects to the whole brushing product also seemed to let water get inside of it, Hard to clean. Only thing that works is the blue light nowShould you buy idk maybe by the MYST product its more expensive but should be more worth it?
