Works well, saves product and time.
I haven’t played with this in-depth, but I’ve used it several times on the horses and a dog. It seems to work well.I’ve put it on full mix and it doesn’t seem super foamy, but doesn’t need to. Most shampoo’s aren’t meant to foam. I can see that it gets the shampoo onto them and it’s much easier to apply than drizzling it onto them and trying to work it around by hand. I still do that for problem spots, but this saves lots of time and effort.I don’t trust these things to not put out soap when i turn it off, so I just have a quick disconnect and switch to another sprayer head for pure water on the final rinse.I’d say it’s moderatly durable. It isn’t flimsy, but doesn’t feel like the plastic soap reservoir will hold up to years of sunlight, or even a dozen good drops.Otherwise, it’s easy to use and saves me time. I just unscrew the reservoir, add varying amounts of soap, which is still less than I use the old way, so it saves product, and apply. Scrub, rinse, apply, final rinse, and scrape excess water.I’d recommend it for anyone to try at the pricepoint I paid for it. It’s worth it to me and replaces one that was harder to use.

Makes Bathing My Dog So Much Easier!
After reading the reviews, I decided to order the Upgraded version of this product, and that was a good decision. I have had absolutely no problems with it at all. The shampoo bottle stays put, and there are no leaks anywhere…but then I don’t turn the water pressure on full force as it doesn’t need to be on so hard to wet the dog and dispense the shampoo into his coat. I like the glove that came with this one, but wish it was two-sided so it could fit on either hand, as I’m left handed. This sprayer/washer works perfectly and makes bathing my Golden Retriever so much easier. And it actually uses less shampoo than I did when I had to try to distribute it in concentrated form by hand all over the dog, and it makes the whole job go so much faster…which my dog appreciates, lol.My only complaint is that, even with the 5 connectors that were included, it couldn’t be attached to the hose of the handheld shower attachment that was already on our shower head fixture. I had to go to the hardware store and get a 3/4 in. male to 1/2 in. male brass connector for $8 to attach it to the hose and replace the original sprayer. Not that $8 is a big deal, it was the time spent to get it before I could install and use it. Seems like most people who opt to wash their dogs in the bathroom where the water temperature can be controlled (rather than out in the cold water from the garden hose) would already have a hand held sprayer on their shower head fixture, so why isn’t this connector for that kind of hose included? But, as I said, that is my only complaint, and I informed the seller of that problem. Other than that, I highly recommend this shower attachment to simplify bathing your dog and making the whole process more easier on both you and your dog!

Saves time, backaches, and money
After seeing so many groomers use this, I wanted to try it out.Despite loving the hose and swimming in general, my 50+ lb dog is always reluctant to get a bath. For the sake of my back and knees, I welcome any way to make the process more efficient.This sprayer came with multiple connectors and a scrub mitt. I like that there’s a quick connect and an adapter for some sink faucets, though I didn’t need them. Out of the box, it screwed right on to the end of the hose with no leaks.It’s light, but heavy enough that it doesn’t feel cheaply made. The mixing canister is my only area of concern. It feels like brittle plastic. I did drop it once, and it stayed intact.The multiple options for water/soap mix was great, I could adjust for the really grimy areas. The water flow was fantastic and also easily adjustable.You need two hands to adjust the mixture, but only your thumb to adjust the volume of water. And when I turned it off to do some scrubbing, it didn’t leak.I wish it came with a second canister so I could have conditioner pre-poured because I had to empty and rinse the shampoo out and then add conditioner.Usually I go through so much shampoo trying to make sure it gets all over. This time, I used 1/4 of the amount I normally do, and it fully saturated his coat quickly and easily – and it made rinsing a breeze. Same for the conditioner. Because he has environmental allergies, he’s less itchy when he’s clean. So, baths happen as often as the vet has recommended and we have to use certain shampoos and conditioners, which can get expensive. Using less product means spending less money, so this will pay for itself within the first few months.It may be novelty bias, but I swear he’s cleaner and softer than previous baths. I know for sure it took half the time, though, and I spent way less time crouched down trying to soap up everywhere.So far, it’s definitely a win.

The unit comes with enough adaptors to attach to virtually any water source connection. I is the perfect size for maneuvering those hard to reach spots. It is easy to clean the canister. Nice quality and a good value.

Haven’t actually washed the dog yet, not warm enough to wash with cold water! The adjustable pressure on the handle is a genius option that a lot of the others don’t have.
