Great for diabetics
As a type 2 diabetic, I try to avoid sugar, and it appears in a lot of OTC medications (cough syrup, antacids, etc.). I cannot get these at retail in my area, so have to periodically order from Amazon. These are just as good as regular Tums, and no sugar.

Best Tasting Tums EVER
I really don’t care that these are sugar Free. I’m not gonna lie. They really are just the best tasting tums. Like honeydew watermelon banana bubblegum?? Idk. They work pretty well, And now it is not a chore to have to eat a tum!! They’re also quite a bit smaller, and I cannot express this enough, much, MUCH more palatable than the originals.

These are normal sugar-free tums, they work just as well as regular tums; but they don’t hurt sensitive teeth since they’re sugar free.(And I have no medical backing to make this claim; but I feel more relaxed chewing these before bed than I would anything containing sugar)The size of the tablets are slightly smaller; but the dosage/effectiveness is on par with the larger sugary tablets.Neither sugary tums, nor sugar free tums, help with stomach acid in your esophagus the way a liquid antacid does; but if you wake up with acid in your throat, these prevent it from reoccurring.The review prompt asks me to review flavor. They do have an artificial sweetner to replace sugar; but they don’t taste like candy. The flavor is mild, and inoffensive to the mouth when combating acid reflux.

The TUMS Extra Strength Sugar-Free Antacid in Melon Berry flavor has been a lifesaver for my occasional heartburn. Not only do they work quickly, but theyâre also surprisingly tasty for an antacid and I canât stand the taste of the other brands out there. The melon berry flavor is refreshing and actually quite morish, and I actually enjoy taking them, which is a nice change from the usual chalky options.They kick in fast and provide relief when I need it, without the sugar, which is a big plus. With 80 tablets in the bottle, they last a good while too. If youâre looking for a heartburn remedy that actually tastes good and gets the job done, these are a solid choice!

Without doubt the nicest tasting antacids out there, and they do what it says on the tin, (or plastic box in this case). The reason Iâve knocked a star off is that these, along with all their competitors, just seem expensive for what they are. If you just want an alkali hit buy a tub of sodium bicarbonate, and whack half a teaspoon in a glass of water. Itâs way cheaper and faster working – just a bit unpleasant to taste.
