My second order of this product and as B4, very happy. Comes complete with understandable and complete instructions for installation. 100% compatible with my brother printer. The only comment I have is for the manufacturer regarding the directions on installing the drum unit. Specifically item number 4, should be – âPress arrow upâ to reset drum counter. Highly recommend this product!

NEW CARTRIDGE WAS COVERED IN LEAKING TONER- BOTH OF THEM- FROM A SEALED BOX.
Uneven Quality. I’d bought this before, it always runs out way before advertised.BUT. I bought this to be here when I ran out. I opened the new last night. Though the protector plastic was still on the cartridge, in a sealed plastic package, LOOSE TONER was leaking all over. It also wouldn’t print. I. opened the other new one- same thing. From now on I’m only buying the brand name Brother. I can’t take a chance that the minute I need it, it’s broken. I Only wish I’d opened it sooner, before it was too late to return.
