Good stuff. Used it when I hurt my knee. Very comforting sensation on my skin. It stained my skin slightly but was hard to notice. Helped to keep my knee from getting stiff. I liked the smell but my family complained about it. It did take extra effort to get stains out of my cotton bedding. Had to soak it in stain remover. I applied it twice a day over my entire knee for a week. Used the whole container.

When I really hurt from muscle aches this is the only product I want. It smells a lot it will stain your clothes but it works better than anything else i’ve tried and not just for an hour like the lidocaine stuff this keeps going for the night. Put it on before bed and while you’ll still smell like the person who went to bed you won’t feel the same. The warm shower in the morning afterward will continue to loosen you up. A little goes a long way about a pea sized dob is enough to coat your back. Wear a spare shirt or it’ll stain your sheets or clothes you like but it’s the real deal medicine.

Love the red stuff
I have workout a lot and put this on my muscles aches from time to time. Itâs really helps with the pain it rubs into the skin nicely. It smells like tiger balm but that does not bother me. I love this stuff and will alway repurchase.
