Well, I suppose the first thing first-time buyers should know is that this serum is blue, but I have pale skin and it did not pigment my skin. I bought this product for its ability to reduce wrinkles and make my skin look more youthful. I am uncertain if it has worked yet, as I’ve only been using it for a week. I will say, though, that I like the feel of The Ordinary’s other serum, “Multi-peptide+HA” better. I liked how it became tacky and quickly seemed to squeeze my skin. I simply tried this product because the copper is supposed to be a good peptide.

I am 74 years old and I have never before written a review praising a beauty product. Although for most of my life I neglected my skin (not even using sunscreen!), for the past few years I have applied retinol daily and I am certain it has helped. But a couple of months ago I read that copper peptides were also effective, especially when used on top of retinol. This is what I have been doing for only 5 weeks now, and the results are amazing — the wrinkles alongside my eyes and on my jaws seem to be disappearing entirely. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
