Is there anything better than the feeling of leaving the dentist’s office with a clean, fresh mouth? Dental hygienists are able to clean and polish your teeth in a way that a manual toothbrush can’t – but the Tao Clean UV Sanitizing Sonic Toothbrush & UV Sanitizing Station can and does, every time. With sonic technology and 40,000 tiny brush strokes per minute, the bristles gently but effectively sweep away plaque and brush away surface stains while gently massaging gums without irritating them. Dynamic sonic vibrations drive fluid and toothpaste between teeth and beneath the gumline, hard to reach areas that your regular toothbrush simply isn’t able to touch. The Tao Clean UV Sanitizing Sonic Toothbrush features a 2-minute timer and auto shut-off, plus every 30 seconds, a brief pause reminds you to switch to another section of your mouth. Dual speed settings (Super Clean and Sensitive Clean) allow for a customized brushing experience. What really sets this brushing system apart from other sonic or electric toothbrushes is the UV Sanitizing Station. This patented docking station dries, sanitizes, and protects your toothbrush while also charging it. Powerful UV-C light eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, so every brushing starts with a clean sanitized toothbrush. Get ready to start and end your day with a feeling you used to only get twice a year.

Customers say
Customers find the toothbrush effective at gently cleaning teeth and appreciate its appearance, with one noting it looks like a lamp or air freshener. Moreover, the product is simple to use with comprehensive directions, and customers consider it the best electric toothbrush ever. However, the functionality receives mixed feedback – while some find it super effective, others report it stops working after a month of use. Additionally, the build quality is concerning, with multiple customers reporting it breaks within two months, and the brush head falls off frequently. Value for money is also mixed, with some finding it worth the money while others say it’s not worth the price.

Asthetically beautiful
It is so beautiful, I almost hate to use it. Looks like a designer tooth brush on the counter. I love how it glows in the dark and all the practical functions of the brush. It has a sanitizer that cleans the brush after use. With it’s patented UV-C sanitizing docking station it removes 99;9% of bacteria. I even bought a foam tooth paste that matches the color of the multipurpose toothbrush holder. It is battery powered, but comes with a USB cord that plugs into the wall. Highly recommend, it’s just beautiful and practical.

Electric/Self sanitizing, charging toothbrush holder.
Love this toothbrush. I have had the white one forever and decided to buy the tan one. Love how clean my teeth feel with the toothbrush heads. A little on the pricier side but buy when its half off. Love that it sanitizer the head while be decorative on the counter too. Can use as a night light as well since it puts off a little light as well. These toothbrushes and stands are well worth it.

Fresh from the dentist clean, tiny design flaws.
The positive reviews concerning the distinctive clean feel even after the first use are all true. As a matter of fact, almost all positive reviews on this item are somewhat accurate. I would like to focus on the details that I searched for and couldnât find on reviews both written or in video format. They may seem like âconsâ but I must add that for me they were not deal breakers. Instead Iâd like to think of them as constructive criticism, since they are details that I would like to see on later generations of this item.Cable management: It is difficult to tell the power source and cable situation from all the photos and videos online, which are edited for aesthetic purposes.I kind of knew what the set up would be from previous experiences with other electronic devices so I knew what to expect. However, for those who are expecting the same sleek, cable-free look from the photos online please take note that if your bathroom has power outlets above the sink area, like most homes in america, there will be a cable bunch up on your countertop. Even if the cable is wound up and tied together, it may still be an atrocious sight for that OCD gem in your home, who probably spends a lot of time at the sink.Power Adaptor: Once plugged in, the power adaptor sticks out over three and a quarter inches from the power outlet, yet another design flaw. With the amount of compact usb adaptors available this shouldnât be difficult to correct since the company would only need to replace one part.Power adaptor plug: The placement of the power socket on the base station is a bit awkward and creates a distance of about two and a half inches from the wall or backsplash. I have similar electronics with the power socket located below the item, which makes for a neater appearance and freedom to push the item flush to the wall when necessary.Other small details that the shopper should be aware of is the size of the item and color of the brush handle. Please take a closer look and notice that the brush handle is two toned. I think it looks good but, anyone expecting it to be solid white will be thoroughly disappointed. Also, please double check the dimensions of this item and know that it is not a compact design. Definitely not for a countertop where space is at a premium. With all that being saidâ¦or typed; I would like to reiterate that all these may seem like âconsâ but they really are small details that everyone should know to ensure that they are completely happy with their purchase upon receipt. So, In conclusion this item would be perfect if it was a bit more compact, and the cable/power adaptor issue was resolved. With the portable power core technology available now a days I donât see why we shouldnât expect a wireless base station that could hold a charge for a few days in the near future. If you made it this far, thanks for taking the time to read and I hope this helped out even just a lil bit. Bitty boppity, give me the zoppity!

Good toothbrush
I like this product and feel it gets my teeth very clean. But it is a bit aggressive at first and was difficult to get used to. Nice that it has three settings, and the lowest setting seems to work the best for me.

Best electric toothbrush I have ever used!
Best electric toothbrush I have used! First time I used it, my teeth seemed smooth and slippery. In one week they were becoming whiter. The brushes have more bristles and are smaller in diameter. Impressed!

Love!
This thing is amazing! It leaves my teeth feeling so soft after and I love the UV sanitizing as it keeps the toothbrush upside down and not exposed. It beeps every few seconds to remind you to switch it around.

Better than Philips Sonicare
I admit it. I am a toothbrush snob. For 3 decades, I considered the Philips Sonicare the only electric toothbrush. I really loved it. I did try Oral B for comparison, but it didnât hold a charge nearly as long and it didnât seem as well made. Recently, I decided it was time for a new one. The $199 Sonicare price had me rethinking my loyalty. Was it really that good? I saw the Toa Clean for over $100 less, and it did more. Also, itâs absolutely beautiful. My lilac/purple Toa came today, and itâs even more beautiful in person. Itâs smaller than I was expecting after some of the reviews, and fits beautifully on my small bathroom vanity. I love the sanitizer light. It turns blue when in use, and white when finished. Itâs bright enough I donât need a nightlight in my bathroom, but not so bright that itâs overpowering. There are comprehensive directions you can access by scanning the provided QR code. The bottom line is, this was a great choice at less than half the price of a Sonicare. It has taken a necessity and turned it into something safe, functional and beautiful. This is my favorite purchase in a long, long time. Itâs well worth taking the chance to try it.
