Flawless Design
I donât usually take the time to write reviews, but this product is fantastic and want to help others who need soft tissue release tools.I own two other massage guns and this one is definitely the best. I always wished that massaging the back, shoulders and neck felt easier, and now it does. Every detail has been thought through with this product. Iâm not sure why other reviewers have complained about it being too intense. Itâs like any other massage gun of good quality.Here are the pros: 1) the extension arm is amazing. I have good mobility, but itâs still so much easier, more relaxing, and more effective to have the arm for the back and shoulders. It has 4 intensity/speed settings. The lowest one is nice for a gentle vibrating massage across all areas of the body. The I highest one is definitely intense enough to target those trigger points. 2) the quality of the vibration feels good. This can differ between massage guns. I find some vibrations to feel better and to be of higher quality, depending upon the gun. 3) it has all of the adapters that you need to target different areas of the body in the right ways. 4) I love that is comes with a thera cane like tool attachment for static trigger point therapy. 5) The charger is small which is nice 6) the case is great. Everything has its little place.Overall, itâs an amazing product. I only just bought it this week, so I still have to see if the gun and parts remain hearty and stand the test of time.

Real Deep Tissue Massage
This massager may be on the pricey side compared to the generic ones, but so worth it! I have had a knot in my shoulder for like 25 years. I have gone to massage therapists, I have gone to deep tissue masseuses, nothing worked . 2 uses and itâs gone! It is a little more powerful than I expected on its lowest setting and takes a little time to get used to. The detachable handle is a big plus, because it enables me to reach difficult areas on my own, but still go down to the smaller unit around my neck and shoulders where the long handle is awkward. Very high quality and comes with its own storage case.

If you are reading this, donât buy it
I really hate writing negative reviews, and this massage gun is one I really wanted to love because I need one that reaches all areas of my back and doesnât shift around when I push down like the third party attachment extenders tend to.First off the gun feels premium and it feels great when it works. I love the carrying case it comes with, itâs priced well for all it does, and the attachment heads are great.Next let me say this, it feels great in the hands when you use it and the vibration to your hand is not bad at all so you can use it without fatigue.Here is the problem, both of mine have failed within a month or so of use due to the battery not allowing me to charge it. I have never encountered a premium product like this before with that kind of issue so Iâm a little confused, Iâm guessing itâs their battery supplier having quality control issues because I assume not all of them are running into this problem.The first massage gun was replaced within a week of them emailing me which is great, but they never responded to my email or anything, one day a massage gun just showed up at my door. I was hopeful it was a one off issue and my new one would be fine, but sadly not the case.A month later my second one died and now itâs been over a week with no response from them on replacing it. Could another massage gun show up at my door? I really donât know. That being said, I think it is really poor customer service when they wonât even respond to an email. Especially when I was very kind and complimentary about their product in my emails to them because I really do love the gun more than others Iâve had or tried in the past including theraguns and hyperice. Iâd be a customer for life if they would communicate better and fix the battery issue.Iâm hoping they read this and really figure it things out on their end. I am trying to be fair about this because they do have a great product.
