In short, this product is wonderful.For the true saga, allow me to tell you a story.Picture the scene: I am seeing Pierce the Veil with Sleeping with Sirens opening in concert. I have a meet and greet with Sleeping with Sirens. AMAZING.For the record, I have no filter. I walk up, and hug everyone in the band. Kellin smells amazing. Like, seriously. Amazing. And so, my unfiltered mouth decides to tell the King of Emo this fact.”I hope this isn’t weird,” I say, “but you smell really good.””Not at all,” he replies kindly, “it would be weird if you told me I smelled bad.”Well, fair enough. Thank you for taking my embarassment and making light of it. Fast forward to the next day, and I see Sleeping with Sirens has posted a tour essentials video on Instagram. During the video, Kellin whips out this product and not only sings it’s praises, which is recommendation enough considering his beautiful hair, but also states that “it smells really good.””Could this be it?” I dare ask myself…. There’s only one way to know. So, I look up the product, and order it. The enxt day, it arrives in a non-descript brown box. Could the secret to Kellin’s beautiful scent lie within? I tear open the box, open the bottle, and sniff.Upon this scent, I am transported back to hugging Kellin Quinn.To sum things up: this product smells amazing. It lasts all day. It will make any hair look amazing, but especially if you have the emo bob. And when you smell it, you can pretend you are hugging the King of all Emos, Kellin Quinn, and it has his endorsement. What more do you need? Buy it.

It does add a bit of texture but nothing too crazy in my opinion. Mostly it gives you hair a great scent. It’s not too intense, so it doesn’t feel like you sprayed your hair in cologne, but it’s just enough that someone that passes by you or gets closer to you can notice that your hair smells great. It’s also a nice masculine scent. I would recommend it for that alone, but it’s also great for texturizing if combined with a paste or heat.

Awesome stuff. A complete godsend for fine/oily type men’s hair.Most products just exasperate oiliness for me, even matte wax will leave my hair looking gross by 3-4pm.This has almost the OPPOSITE effect – instead of 8 hrs before the oiliness sets in, it was closer to 32!!HOWEVER** I don’t know if it was how I used it, but it had a VERY strange behaviour that took some getting used to. The product had almost NO effect immediately after applying, but as the day went on, I’d get more and more stiffness and “salt water” texture in my hair, so like:7am – nothing10am – starting to do stuff2pm – solid hair hold, matte finish6pm – hair looks & feels thick, matte, good holdNext morning – feels like I just dried off after swimming in the ocean. Even more thick, still matte.4pm the next day – starting to get greasyI found blow drying helps with this somewhat, speeding up that initial action.Smell is like a masculine cologne of some kind, I absolutely LOVED it. Smell *appears* strong when it’s going in, but quickly settles down.
