Sparthos Back Brace for Lower Back PainXactly what I needed. On occasion I have lower back and sciatica pains shooting down both legs to my knees. My pain is generally from a strain or stiff muscles not from injury. The only fix is heat, anti inflammatories and wearing a brace for about 7 days. I retired my 30 year old brace last year and needed a new one. After researching and reading a lot of reviews I chose this one because of the value (price and quality) and fast delivery. The fast delivery was really what tipped the scale.Appearance: This was a pretty standard back brace, there are four stabilizing supports to keep the back straight. The materials, elastic and velcro all appear to be very good quality. Stitching is strong, at least for now.Sizing: After reading the reviews I went one size larger than the size chart recommended (from small to medium) and it fits perfectly. There is a lot of room for adjustment so going a little bigger worked for me.Function: Pretty simple, align low on back, attach the main band with velcro, pull the two sidebands forward until they are firm and attach with velcro. This brace function is as expected. He quality is good, the band is a little stiff and I am sure it will soften over time.Tips: consider going larger than the size chart.Works great, fast delivery and I would buy again.

Lifesaver for My Lower Back Pain!G
I have chronic lower back issues, and this brace has come in handy quite a few times now. I followed the sizing guide but decided to size up, and it ended up being the perfect fitâsnug but comfortable enough to wear all day. The pink color is such a fun touch and makes having to wear a back brace feel a little less clinical.I wore this all day at Knottâs Berry Farm, and honestly, it saved me. I was in a lot of pain that day, and without this brace, I donât think I wouldâve made it through. It provided the support I needed to walk around and enjoy the park. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something both supportive and stylish!

Good product
I’ve worn this brace at work for 3 weeks. I don’t have a back injury, and I want to keep it that way. I work in a kitchen, so I needed something that would breathe and not make me hotter ( like the first one). This brace does very well. I still get hot under it, but no more than expected. Per the sizing instructions, you must measure your waist accurately because the first strap isn’t stretchy. I was on the edge of a size and went with the larger. With any luck, I’ll be ordering a size down in a few months because my waist has already slimmed. I’m pretty sure this has helped with my posture, too. So, all in all, this has been a good product for me.

I injured my back playing pickleball, yes pickleball. The doctor said they are seeing more and more injuries. This brace fits very well. This brace is giving me the support and the pain relief that I need. I have not played for two weeks and when I do return, I will probably wear this brace. I will attempt to wear it underneath my shirt, which means I will have to wear two shirts so that it doesn’t irritate my skin. Normally, I am in very good shape and quite agile so hopefully it won’t be too hot and will not limit my mobility too much. I’ve seen some people saying that it did not fit them based on the recommended size, but mine fits me just fine. I also like the removable lumbar support.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works pretty good, I like the lumbar support it makes my back feel good. I’m not sure how long the Velcro will hold up though.

Better than most
This is an excellent back brace. It’s made very well. Has double pulls to adjust it and has great compression. I normally buy Mueller back brace however, I’m glad I decided to try this one. It is perhaps a tad better and even cheaper. When I need another one it will be Sparthos also because it’s very comfortable and fits me well.
