This works!
I don’t usually write reviews but this really worked. I was asleep within 30 min and I woke up feeling more refreshed than I have in awhile. I woke up completely clear and ready to do things. The taste was a little too fake cherry, but it was definitely drinkable and worked so well.

I always know Iâll fall asleep fast
Works every time! My favorite thing about this product is, I always know Iâll fall asleep on time. Iâd rather drink something that can put me to sleep in 15 minutes versus not drinking Som and hoping I sleep right away without tossing and turning for an hour or so. I never feel groggy waking up either. The magic juice right here! Also flavor is delicious, feels like Iâm having a fun drink before bed.

This mixture does work to help you sleep but turns out to be very expensive. I can’t afford to use it every night.

Does not make me groggy and tastes rlly good
Usually donât like to take melatonin because I get groggy in the morning. This does not do that. I feel so refreshed and rested when I wake up. I think it might be the mix of melatonin and magnesium but it amazing and also knocks me out in 30 mins or less. So good this is my 3rd time purchasing.

Completely ineffective! Bring back the cans!
I had tried the cans of Som Sleep some time back and they seemed to provide me with a better night’s sleep than without. I stopped buying them because the price jumped like 50% overnight. I recently have been having more issues falling asleep, felt it was worth looking into Som Sleep again and can no longer find cans of the product anywhere. So, I bought the powder. It’s got to provide the same results, right? Nope! This product does ZERO in helping me fall asleep. Not even a little. In fact, some nights I think I would have been better off not drinking it at all.So disappointed.
