I have to return this. I have adjusted the height of shelf to get this unit fit in, but i can not use it as the middle and uppper layer plates are sliding to side due to weight. So this is not an useful item unless they fix the sliding part. –
Moisturizes, doesn’t clean well
This product does exactly what it says. It enhances the curls in your hair and also gives it a moisturized feel and look. However, it doesn’t wash your hair really well and leaves it oily.

Great Shampoo for curly hair
My Son has curly hair. Weâve tried a couple brands. He saw this Shea Moisture on social media so we gave it a try. He loves it & says itâs the best heâs used for his curly hair. He feels it really focused on his curls & his hair feels refreshed & hydrated after a towel dry when heâs ready to use his next product which is actually the Sheaâs Curl Enhancing Smoothie. This shampoo smells like coconut which it should as it has coconut oil to hydrate & protect his hair & reduces breakage. It also has silk protein which smooths his hair for a soft, smooth feel & Neem Oil which controls the frizz adding a nice shine. 3 awesome ingredients in a shampoo! Itâs also sulfate & paraben free which is important with hair products. After reading the story behind how Sheaâs Moisture was started itâs touching. I attached a picture because sometimes we donât always look at whatâs really on the bottle completely. For a 13 ounce bottle the quality of this shampoo & the positive aspects it gives to curly hair the price is worth what I paid. I definitely recommend it & this Iâll continue to purchase for my Sonâs curly hair. If heâs happy Iâm happy! 🙂

Hydrating
I do love the smell of this shampoo & how it makes my hair feel nourished. Itâs very hydrating. However, it made my hair greasy quickly. I usually will go 7 days in between washes but with this shampoo I can only go 3 so unfortunately I will not be using it anymore.

This is my second time using this product from the brand and I was impressed enough to purchase it a second time. My hair type is 3c/4a, it’s really thick and just above shoulder height when it is curly. I find that when using this product along with the matching shampoo, after showering, it made my hair feel so silky and almost oily so that it didn’t actually feel like I needed to put leave in conditioner.This time i’m using it alone with a different brand of conditioner (cheaper) I was hoping to get the same results however it didn’t. It just felt like any shampoo that when rinsed it from my hair it made it feel sort of wirey to touch.Pros of the product- Makes my hair feel moisturised without the combination of any other products- It smells amazing and also leaves my hair smelling amazing- The bottle itself makes it easy to apply itCons of the product- Its small, I used up 1/4 of it in one wash- It is expensive; the bottle is small considering the priceI gave this product 5 starts because my curls are the healthiest they have ever been when I use this product but ONLY along with the shea moisture conditioner aswell.
