Great for sleep and restlessness leg!
Works great. Iâm premenopausal and canât always sleep so good but also have restless leg. I spray this on my legs or in my armpits at night and it will help me have a better nights sleep. With that said if youâre deficient in magnesium it might itch a little which in the end means itâs working. Also donât spray on your feet as most recommend. Your feet will dry out and peel. Took me weeks to heal.

Fantastic product – stopped the Charlie horse – instantly
I was skeptical about this product But I have been having severe leg cramps in the evening that left me hobbling around in the morning. I decided to try it and when I received it I sprayed a little bit on my leg but it instantly burned slightly and I wiped it off. The instructions did say that that might happen so I wasnât overly concerned. This evening 11/7/20 at 3:00 am my right leg cramped up horrible and I was in horrific pain. I hobbled to the bathroom and I remembered about the burning sensation so I decided to take a wet paper towel and spray it on the wet paper towel and then rub it on my leg. I massaged it in and oh my god the pain went away. Itâs been about an hour now and Iâm relaxing in my bed and I actually feel better than I had before – my leg has a wonderful relaxed happy feeling – I know that sounds crazy but itâs true. I have been having such horrific Charlie horse pains, sometimes in my calf sometime starting at the bottom of my foot and working its way up. I will now have relief from this horrific pain. This product is a miracle product – I didnât know I was low on magnesium but I took a chance because I couldnât figure out what was wrong with me. I looked up Charlie horses on Google and low magnesium came up as a possible reason for them. I was worried about taking it orally – I was afraid that it might interfere with my other electrolytes or minerals. Iâm very skeptical about taking oral supplements because they affect other parts of your body that I may not be aware of. I have to be careful because I am on chemotherapy, tamoxifen. I also have psoriasis which recently returned due to some severe stress that Iâm under going. I wish this product would help with the psoriasis but I donât think thatâs going to happen. Anyway, I trulyhighly highly recommend this product and I would suggest that you try spraying it on a wet paper towel or gauze pad & applying it that way because that decreases the concentration of the product. Maybe later on when I get more used to it I can spray it on directly. One thing I did have trouble getting it to start spraying and I thought it was a defective spray device but after about a few minutes of constant spring action it finally started to come out. I gave it one star for flavor because to my understanding this is not a product that you eat or drink itâs a product that you spray on your body so I donât know what flavor would have to do with it. I didnât notice the scent I think itâs unscented, and thatâs fine thatâs what I prefer. I am a nurse & I thoroughly researched this product, and I am certain that this product will not have any ill affects because itâs something that sprayed on and even though itâs absorbed, itâs a product that your body needs and may not have enough of when youâre over 50. I did read that too much MG upsets your body balance so I would suggest that you didnât overly spray a large part of your body, but thatâs only my personal opinion I do not know what the manufacturer says on the subject. I am glad I tried this product, I have suffered for so long, I donât know why I waited so long to research and find a cure for myself. I recommend this product highly and if you have Charlie horses at night you better order this product and you will be shocked by the wonderful results. I am amazed at these results- I canât believe that it worked so quickly and effortlessly. Iâm sitting here in amazement wondering why I waited so long to try it. I read the other wonderful reviews before I tried it, and I was hopeful but I didnât really believe it. I am now a true believer, & if you suffer with muscle pain & cramps you will love this product.

This is ionic pure magnesium. Absorbs rapidly in to the skin. After a couple of days I saw a noticeable difference in my skin. This is the same feel when you get out of an ocean. Skin is smoother and softer. It really works!

I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first that his magnesium oil spray would be effective, but I read quite a few unique positive reviews which persuaded me to give it a try. Iâve suffered with migraines my entire life, and often have to resort to a prescription med to get rid of it which doesnât always work. I did some research and discovered that deficiencies in magnesium can cause migraines so I reasoned that the inverse would probably hold true as well. I bought this about a month ago and used it a few times to treat migraines, Charlie horses, and restless leg syndrome . It has helped tremendously!!!In the midst of an intense migraine that caused neuropathy and made me throw up, I took a few sprays of the magnesium oil into my hands and massaged it into my head around my temples, forehead, behind the ears, etc. Within 5 minutes of using this spray, my migraine was completely gone!!! I was completely shocked!!!!The other night I how did Charlie Harrison used it and it got rid of it immediately. My husband suffers from restless leg syndrome so I tried it on him too. The spray eliminated it completely!!!I highly recommend this magnesium spray. I love how itâs made with pure ingredients too. Itâs perfect!

Lo compre para poder conciliar el sue̱o junto a aceite de lavanda y de manzanilla romana y de momento va funcionando a medias porque duermo profundamente la ptimers etapa de sue̱o pero a las 4 Р5 de la ma̱ana me desvelo.
