Have been using this sleep supplement for months!! Always keep it in my stock.

Not worth the money
Doesn’t work very well, even taking four (the maximum dose) it didn’t help stay asleep. It’s make believe label tricks people in thinking they’re buying the other product that works! Not happy!

Not quite the one for me
Bought this because I had some complications with the store bought sleep aids. I used the others for about 5 days and noticed my balance was affected by them, I felt a little dizzy during the day and felt different. This was when I had a case of RSV (don’t mess with that one) and thought it was the reason for my unbalance. The problem I had with this one was it took 2 capsules to work and it seemed to wear off after 5 hours and I couldn’t get back to sleep.
