These supplements seem to be working for me. My lab work results have gotten better so I guess the quality is good. They are easy to swallow and do not product any stomach issues for me. Recommend these supplements even though I think they are pricey for what they are.

Okay, so I’m at that age where I start thinking about things like “heart health.” It’s less exciting than thinking about, say, pizza or puppies, but apparently important. My doctor mentioned something about supporting cholesterol levels, and after a brief internal debate (pizza vs. longevity), I decided to look into supplements. That’s how I found this Red Yeast Rice with CoQ10 little bottle of potential well-being.I’ll be honest, I’m not entirely sure what Red Yeast Rice is, exactly. Is it rice that’s been to a rave? Is it just really enthusiastic rice? And CoQ10 sounds like a secret agent. Regardless, the reviews were good, and the promise of a “Healthy Heart Formula” sounded like something my slightly-less-than-athletic heart could get behind.Taking these capsules is easy enough. They’re not giant horse pills, thankfully. Just swallow with water, and imagine tiny, microscopic cheerleaders setting up camp in your cardiovascular system, ready to root for your arteries. “Go team, go! Keep that flow!”Now, I’m not saying I suddenly feel like I can run a marathon (let’s not get crazy), but I do feel… subtly better. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly, but there’s a general sense of “hey, things are chugging along nicely.” Maybe it’s the placebo effect, maybe it’s the tiny cheerleaders, or maybe this stuff actually works! I’m leaning towards tiny cheerleaders, but the science sounds good too.The combination with CoQ10 is a bonus. I think CoQ10 is supposed to help with energy at a cellular level, which sounds very impressive. I haven’t sprouted wings or anything, but I do feel a little less like I need a nap by 2 PM.If you’re looking for a way to support your heart health, you appreciate supplements that come in easy-to-swallow capsules, and you enjoy the mental image of microscopic cheerleaders, give this a try. I was told by my primary care doctor (internal medicine) that she usually doesn’t try to push or recommend any herbal supplements to her patients, but since I am on different supplements (that she already approved for me to take), she recommended that I consider taking Red Yeast Rice to help raise the good cholesterol. I saw this on Amazon as one of their choices and decided to purchase this. I like the fact that this also has 100 mg of CO-Q10 with this, which was also recommended by my doctor to add more to what I was already taking. I am very pleased with this product, and I recently re-ordered this and now I intend to make this product a continued part of my daily diet. I would certainly recommend this for anyone trying to help increase good cholesterol and added CO-Q10.
