Nice, neat, and manicured.
For starters let me say, I am not a professional nail artist. I do use nail files to tend to both my nails and my husband’s toe nails. Staightout of the box this file was extremely easy to set up and get using. And it blew those little cheap nail files from the store away! It quickly filed down my husband’s raggedy toenails and made them super smooth. He didn’t flinch or jump like normal. It is very quiet. The speed dial is super nice as well so you can adjust it for how you need it.Honestly, i can see myself using this for crafts as well as it is that nice. The hand piece fits comfortably in the hand with no issues. Plus, you can reverse the grind direction, so if you are a lefty, you no longer have nail dust flying back at you! I love that feature! This is a real good purchase and well worth it.

Nice Set!
This is a nice set – with all the different tips you could want for a do-it-yourself manicure. At first I thought I could skip the directions and just figure it out but it turns out they are helpful. The print size on the instructions is tiny so I needed my phone to enlarge them. They are easy to understand. The hand piece feels like lightweight plastic but everything works well.

Some things I like, but loads of room for improvement
I have mixed feeling about this e-file. If it’s your first, it’s a decent starting point, however if you’re looking up upgrade from a basic starter drill, there are much better options out there at roughly the same price point.First, the drill bits have to be pushed in & pulled out of the hand piece, which is unexpected. My first e-file was like this, and while it’s okay, I don’t expect it to have the longevity of a hand piece that twists to lock & unlock drill bits.Then there’s the control piece… It feels like a cheap plastic children’s toy. The knob/dial to control the speed is very stiff on mine, and it literally creaks with each turn, as if something on the inside of it is not quite in proper alignment… Which wouldn’t be the biggest surprise considering the top and bottom of the control piece appears out of alignment if viewed from the side where the buttons reside. Again, gives me serious doubts about longevity.There are a couple of things I like about it, too…The vibration in the hand piece and drill was minimal in my testing. Granted, I only used it as high as 18, but I was pleased & impressed by now minimal the vibration was. I did use higher quality drill bits than those included in the kit at the higher levels, but I doubt that had much impact.The size & weight in general are nice for travel. Even combined, the hand piece and control piece are very petite & featherlight, which could be a selling point for someone looking for a drill they can easily tuck into a carry on or suitcase to take with them on vacation without worrying if it’ll fit or if it will push them over the weight limit with checked luggage (plus you won’t be too mad if something happens to it or you forget it at your hotel).The cord between the hand piece and controller is coiled like an old school landline telephone (or office phone lol)! I’d love to see this in more e-file cords, since the coil makes it easier to keep excess lengths of cord out of the way while filing.The quilting on the front of the controller is pretty and makes the controlled more visually & texturally interesting than most other e-files. Would love to see it on a higher end/better constructed e-file.The buttons are fairly intuitive, easy to press, responsive.All that said, I do like this little e-file, but also think there’s a fair amount of room for improvement… And because of that room for improvement, there are better options available in the current price range… But, if it were priced lower, I would probably suggest it as an option to someone just dipping their toes in into the diy mani/pedi space & unsure if they’d stick with it

Great For Home Manicures
I like to keep my nails long and do gel at home. This tool came in very handy for at home manicures. It doesnât need plugged in and holds a charge for a while. It has numerous different accessories to use them for cuticles, natural nails, and even artificial nails. I really like that you can not only adjust the speed, but also change the direction of the rotation. It is very good quality and the different tools are durable. Iâd recommend this tool!

Portable and powerful
I’ve never used a nail drill before, but I found this easy to operate and effective. You get a good variety of drill bits for different uses and lots of extra sandpaper rolls. It has a clip on the back so you can clip it to your belt and have it ready to go at all times. The holder for the handheld part of the drill came broken on mine so I had to superglue it onto the side of the machine, so I imagine that part is very delicate and can break off easily. The battery life seems good; I’ve used it a lot and it still has nearly a full charge. The speed can be changed from 1000 to 35000 RPM and the rotation can be switched so you get a lot of control over the drill. Overall I’m pleased with this.

Great Value for the Money!
This is a really nice nail drill. It s good quality too. I like that it comes with different attachments, for filing and buffing. It came with a USB to USB-C cord for charging. But it did not come with a base. Its lightweight which is nice but don’t let that fool you- this thing is powerful. Good value for the money. I also LOVE how quiet this drill is!
