Not good for me
After reading many of the reviews I was pretty optimistic about these products, but they made me sick right away. I took them for two days and they caused me to feel very nauseous, dizzy, had an upset stomach, and headaches. Thank you to the company for reaching out to me in reguards to symptoms. After providing a bit of information about the symptoms and products, they gave me a full refund for the products I purchased!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Unfortunately I must be one of the few people in the reviews that had an adverse effect to these. My stomach would hurt and I would be physically ill for hours after taking them to the point Iâd have to take something else to stop the pain and bloating. They also made me extremely gassy – Iâd burp non stop. I took them for a week- and it persisted so I stopped taking them. I also noticed weight gain even when not eating a great deal. I was hopeful as they seemed to work for so many people – just not me ð

This is the best supplement in the market! You will have your morning flat stomach every morning! Take the probiotic daily, and take the digestive enzymes before or after ever meal. This is my second round, got my husband to start using it also!

Consistency is key.
Easy on my stomach. Does not have any weird lingering smell or after taste. I do think it has helped my overall digestion. I do think it takes about a month for the probiotic to start working. Like all good things it does take time and consistency. So I recommended keeping up with this routine for at least two months to truly start seeing benefits.
