Works well but sharp bristles.
I love the fact that you can push a button to remove the fur from the brush. I feel that this is the best feature. My Australian shepherd does not like to be brushed and I think the sharp bristles encourage his dislike for grooming. After putting peanut butter on a lick mat I was able to get a good brushing session in but he still avoided the brush due to the sharp bristles. My other short /slick coat dog doesnât mind brushing but was still hesitant after a few minutes of brushing. I have to say that the moisture does allow one to get more hair off of a short coat dog since it causes the loose hairs to clump and stay together. The mist function works very well and has two levels of mist. The mist button could have been placed in a different area of the handle since I was accidentally pushing it most of the time. Overall I think itâs a nice brush but it would be better if the bristles werenât so sharp.

Worth the price!
I have 2 dogs, one long haired with an undercoat one short. Used it on both today for the first time. They both tolerated it pretty well. The quality seems great for the price. It got fully charged in about an hour and I didnât have to refill the water tank once or recharge it until after doing both dogs. I wouldnât say itâs a miracle for deshedding but it was a very neat process, the brush holding onto the hair rather than having it fall out all over the place. It worked well on the long and short hair and definitely beats wrestling these idiots into the tub. This is in no way a replacement for an actual bath but itâs pretty close. It pulled out a lot of dirt and dander and my dogs look and smell fresh and clean. I used it with the arm and hammer waterless shampoo for pets. Added a few sprays to the water and misted them afterwards with it . Hopefully it wonât clog the mist function of this gadget, but at the price it wouldnât be the end of the world if I had to replace it after a few used.Â

Happy with my purchase
Works well. Very lightweight and easy to use. Only reason I say 4 instead of 5 stars is that the hair that gets removed doesnât always stay on the brush like advertised, there is a lot of flyaway.

Works great
This works amazingly well on our malamute and our great pyrenees mix. It’s too big to work well on our long haired dachshund. The biggest benefit is that misting the hair as you brush it means the hair stays down and mainly in the brush. I can brush any of the dogs and not end up covered in fur-splosion. I just have nice mildly damp piles. The battery life and tank both last, overall, excellent!

Nice misting but also leaks
The brush delivers a lot of mist. It is not hot, which is safer for the kitties. However, after 1 use, there are occasional drops in addition to the mist. Too much brushing with the mist on (and the dripping) will eventually get the catâs fur wet. It does not remove as much fur as it demonstrates in the video. Will give it another try and will update my review, as needed.

Blessing for Hair Containment
Works well to contain pet hair as you brush and effectively grooms my dogâs undercoat. Simple design but effective product.Item was recommended by vet tech and allows me to brush my Shepard mix in the house without fur flying everywhere. My cat also loves it. My kids are fascinated by the steam so they want to brush the creatures often.Would suggest following the directions and brushing first a day or two before turning the steam on. My pets were a bit scared at first of the tiny noise that probably only they can hear, but adapted fairly quickly. There are multiple steam settings so you have some control of how much steam is used. Painless and steam isnât hot on your skin.Recommend using distilled water if living in an area with hard water. Not a fault of the product. Minerals clog any device over time.

Great tool for shedding dogs
My dog is afraid of everything. Heâs taken time to be ok with this. Iâve gone slow and after a few weeks attempting the mist. Heâs not enjoying the feeling of getting damp but Iâm not giving up because I do love the brush and how easy the hair is to remove. The design is well thought out.The low price made me want to try it.
