GREAT FOR MATURE SKIN
I like this cleanser. I have normal, mature skin. The only negative I would say is the size – I use this once a day & for some reason, when I get 3/4 of the way through the product smells like it went bad. It’s a shame to throw out so much of it. It does a great job cleaning my face without drying it out. Value for the money – this could be better, since I throw out a good amount due to the fact it smells rancid after about six or seven months – but significantly less than other high end brands & does just as good of a job. Face feels smooth & soft & not oily at all.

Paula’s Choice RESIST Perfectly Balanced Foaming Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid & Aloe, Anti-Aging Face Wash, Large Pores & Oily Skin, 6.4 OunceMy skin issue: oily skin with enlarged pores, uneven skin texture due to having acne when I was younger & areas of pigmentation. Iâm 52yo. My Dermatologist recommended Paulâs Choice Pore Reducing Toner & 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant specifically to address my pores. This combination has worked wonders on my face. When I found this cleanser I purchased right away. Letâs combine even more I thought! At first I didnât think this cleanser was anything special over the CeraVe Foaming Facial cleanser I was already using but I stuck with this. Itâs now been 1-1/2 months of using this & wow!! what a noticeable difference! With this cleanser having Hyaluronic Acid in, I feel makes all the difference as itâs hydrating my skin as Iâm cleansing it. The aloe is an added benefit. My skin is the softest itâs ever been. My texture is more smooth & what was very noticeable pigmentation from the sun & acne scarring has begun to fade. My texture truly feels more balanced just as itâs described! Whatâs more amazing with this cleanser is I really only need a HALF pump to lather up my face. I was using a full pump & had excess soap so I reduced it & learned a half was perfect. This 6.4 ounce bottle lasts me awhile using it morning & night. Thereâs no scent & itâs not irritating to my sensitive skin. Itâs very gentle. For the price this is truly a quality facial cleanser & Iâm so happy I found it. I utilize Amazonâs subscribe & save so I save a little more & order at my convenience. I canât say enough about this cleanser! Give it a try! For under $20 itâs worth it. This is my favorite facial cleanser Iâve ever used! One more positive is I donât have that striped feeling, skin tightness after cleaning. I tone with my face still damp & move onto my serums. I only use the exfoliant a couple nights a week because over using it is too harsh on my skin. The combination of the 3 is wonderful but this cleanser sticks out above all others! I highly recommend this!!

Wife here using husbands account â I love this stuff! Have been using it for a few months now and itâs cleared my skin up so well. And doesnât make my skin dry after using it. A lot of products dry my skin out so bad after Iâve washed my face. This one is not that. Great product!

I literally was terrified to swap face washes – as a teen it was easy to jump brand to brand, because i was breaking out anyways. Now as an adult, i donât break out often but my skin has become accustomed to the face washes Iâve kept for years or repurchased. Like i said, i was afraid of the swap – but, this was actually a great buy. I always read the negative reviews and scare myself away, finally i bit the bullet and bought this one to try â it had majorly positive reviews and it should. Itâs lightweight and leaves no residue – i literally rubbed the gunk out of my pores as i washed my face, it was insane. Felt a little drying at first, but as soon as i was out of the shower and applied my regular moisturizer, it looked and felt clean and amazing. No dry feel, no irritation. Plus itâs a big bottle! You can get a lot of use out of it for the price – works amazing!

Though I have only been using this product for about a week, I have nothing but great things to say about it. I first heard of Paulaâs Choice products through a skincare consultant on YouTube named Hiram, and I am glad that I listened, as my previous line of face cleaners, Foxbrim, changed manufacturers and ingredients. The following are some of the positive notes pertains to this product:1) It does not give my skin that squeaky-clean, overdry feeling. This is important to me, as I have very sensitive, eczema-prone skin; however, I also have an oily t-zone. This product creates a nice balance2) A tiny âpeppercornâ-sized amount is more than enough to cleanse the face and neck, and the pump dispenser affords control of how much product to use3) This seems perfect for those of us who are in transition between anti-acne and anti-aging products. I just turned 40, but have a little bit of melanin on my side, so my skin is just beginning to show the first signs of aging (surface-level fine lines, mild crows feet), yet I still have blackheads and large pores on my nose and have an oily forehead and chin. I have noticed an improvement in my pores, less greasiness, and possibly more hydrated-looking skin.4) The creamy, lightly foaming consistency of this stuff is divine.Should anything change, I will be sure to update this review. Though, I am so impressed with this product that I purchased both a night cream and oil-free moisturizer with sunscreen for the day.The price point is a bit high, but I use about half of this product than I would other face washes. Give it, or one of the products from this line that best suits your skin type a try. Many have niacinimide, which reduces redness and calms the skin, which can be helpful for various conditions.
