Iâve been purchasing this shampoo for years and it works AMAZING! Years ago, I started dealing with dandruff, and it just kept getting worseâat one point, it literally looked like it was snowing on top of my head. I never took a picture of my hair at its worst, but I do have one from two months ago when things started flaring up again.I was on a trip and forgot to pack my shampoo, so after two months without it, the dandruff started coming backâthatâs when I took the first photo. Even then, the dandruff was way less than it used to be before I discovered this shampoo. The second photo is from today, right after my bath, and thereâs NOTHING there (also, excuse the thinning hairâweâre working on that now lol). But seriously, this product works. You do need to use it religiously.I started with just the dandruff shampoo and followed the instructionsâleft it on my scalp for five minutes. Yes, it did burn a little the first couple of times, but after that, youâre good. Once I saw my dandruff clear up, I switched to their âFine Shampooâ for daily use and now only use the dandruff one twice a week.Iâve tried a LOT of their products and honestly only have good things to say. HUGE FAN. And did I mention? All of their products smell AMAZING! I use their hair oil, leave-in conditioner, wave spray, dry shampoo, shampoo, conditioner, and body washâtheyâre all GREAT. I donât have a big budget, but I always find a way to buy these because theyâve proven themselves to me!

Best shampoo Iâve ever used.
This shampoo may be a little pricey but itâs the best Iâve ever used! It keeps my scalp from drying out and also conditions expertly. My hair is shiny and soft. Love how it lathers and my hair is so clean! I also purchased this shampoo for my twins who love it as much as I do! Excellent product and you wonât be disappointed with it.

This product works , I could not believe what was going on with my scalp. My first use of this product my scalp was cleared up, I bought a scalp scrubber to use with it and I got results on the first wash. No more dandruff , no itchy scalp , it was great

So far, so good!
Bought the set individually and hopefully itâs worth the hype! After one use of only the anti-dandruff shampoo my hair felt SO soft and lasted days which was impressive. It also has no scent (if it does it isnât strong) which is nice so it doesnât clash with my perfume. The only downside (sorta) is that you need to leave it in your hair for 5 min which is kind of long but if it does the job then I donât mind lol. Hopefully there are positive long term results.

I absolutely LOVE Ouai products, but i didnt expect this to actually work as claimed, however this is the only dandruff shampoo that actually cleared my dandruff! I follow the instructions every time, and have not had any itching or flakiness since. Exceptional product!

Very drying, made dandruff worse, caused oily scalp.
This shampoo dried my scalp out so much that it would get really greasy on the next day and very, very greasy the day after that. I have curly/wavy hair and never wash my hair every day. Because of drying my scalp out so much it actually increased the dandruff! Crazy. The smell is cloying and overwhelming. I changed to using a more natural shampoo for dandruff w/dry scalp so that it wouldn’t strip natural moisture and I finally have found relief. Oway repaired my hair and my dandruff is pretty unnoticeable now. I don’t know if I’m supposed to name another brand but good grief I would have appreciated learning about it earlier to save months of hair like straw and scalp like a white flaky oil slick.

Okay shampoo but not worth the price
Didnât leave my hair feeling clean. The smell was okay but I typically like a fragrant fruitful shampoo that makes my hair smell great and feel great and this didnât do it for me unfortunately.

I just canât recommend this enough. I have suffered with dandruff to the point that it was causing major issues. I used to have these clumps on my scalp and I couldnât even wear dark clothes anymore. Two washes later, I had the cleanest scalp. No dandruff and no issues whatsoever. I went away for a week and forgot to take this with me and my head was riddled with dandruff. Second wash today since coming back and I donât have a single issue again. Another thing is that I have coloured hair and my hair used to fall out SO much. I havenât lost a single hair since using this!! My hair is the healthiest itâs been. Iâd recommend either itâs own or a conditioner afterwards however on your ends.

It makes my hair feel great but it didn’t do much for my dandruff problem. The salicylic acid in the product did help with scalp acne so it did have some additional benefits.I won’t fault the company because they do make really good products such as their hair oil and body scrubs.

Brought the whole collection and it wasnât suited to my hair, left it feeling dry with coated roots. My hairdresser recommended stop using it.

I use Ouai detox shampoo and love it so I thought I’d give this a try. It was expensive so I had high hopes for it. I wasn’t overly impressed, it made a very small difference to dandruff but not enough difference that I’d ever buy it again. It may work for some people but it wasn’t right for me!
