Great customer service and excellent product
So I purchased this item 5 months ago and have shaved my two dogs twice since then, so 4 total doggie haircuts. I feel like that’s enough for a good review. Considering the price of this unit and the overall ease of use, I would consider it a major win. I was paying $120 per dog for grooming. So I’ve already saved $360.The weight of the unit is lightweight and the cord is long enough to maneuver around the animal. The 3L size is also a major plus as it doesn’t fill up as quickly as the smaller unit did. I did find the clipper blades work best if you brush the dog prior to clipping. If you have any matting, the blades will get caught up and will not cut the hair. For reference I’m grooming two 70lb sheepadoodles.The vacuum itself has no problem vacuuming the hair into the storage canister. I feel like if you had more sution, it would not assist the vacuuming process and would actually hinder the haircut. The vacuum noise itself is substantial but you have the option to decrease the vacuum by pressing the button. More powerful suction would also equate to more noise for the animal and may cause stress.The only durability issues I’ve experienced include one broken clipper blade. The spring clip that retains the black plastic clipper head broke. Be aware that the BM3 does not currently have a blade that’s compatible that sold individually through the website. I was told by customer service that it is coming soon. Additionally, the BM3 comes in two configurations so please be aware when ordering a replacement head if you need one.I contacted oneisall customer support after my clipper blade broke and they promptly sent me out a new handle with clipper blade. Considering I reached out via email and they sent me out a new clipper blade within 2 weeks I would consider this five star customer service support.Overall I’m very pleased with the unit. It has worked well for my dogs and it is also worked well for my pocketbook. The ease of use, cost and excellent customer service have won me over. If I had to purchase this again I would do it and would purchase the largest three liter vacuum that they sell.

Good pretty vacuum, great customer service!
I recently purchased the oneisall dog grooming vacuum, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for managing my dog’s shedding! The suction is powerful enough to really get at loose fur, and the various attachments make it easy to groom different areas and even de-shed my furniture. It’s surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus as my dog is usually skittish around vacuums. The collection bin is a good size, and emptying it is a breeze.Unfortunately, my first vacuum did fail within four months of purchase. However, this is where Sue truly shined! When I contacted customer service about the issue, Sue was incredibly helpful and understanding. She promptly arranged for a replacement vacuum to be sent out, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to Sue, I’m back to effortlessly grooming my dog, and I couldn’t be happier with the product and the exceptional customer service I received. I highly recommend the oneisall dog grooming vacuum, not just for its effectiveness, but also for the peace of mind knowing that their customer support, especially individuals like Sue, stands behind their product.

Easy Groom
We used this getup to groom our Lasa a few weeks ago. It worked well, and she looks just fine. The effort needed to get the hair down to a reasonable length was much less than using scissors and the regular clippers. The vacuum function greatly, but does not completely eliminate the need for cleanup afterward. I’d say its a winner.

We have been extremely pleased with the Oneisall Dog Grooming Vacuum, 13000Pa Powerful 3L Dust Cup Pet Grooming Vacuum with Dog Clippers & Shedding Brush it is easy to use & clean. We have a Great Pyrenees who is groomed weekly. He is afarid of loud noises, but has no probelm with the noise level of the vacuum. We recently had a broken guard & contacted the company about a replacement. There customer service is exemplary. They responded immediately by email with several follow ups. The item was on backorder & they emailed when the item was sent . We received another email to make sure we received the package. Would not hesitate to recomend this company & its products.

AWESOME Pet Vacuum with many attachments for different jobs!
What an AWESOME pet vacuum! It came with so many accessories and a storage bag for them. I opted to purchase a DT storage basket to keep it all in. I have used the nail Dremel, and it works really well. I just wish I could take the protective cover off as I feel it makes the task a bit more difficult. I precut my dog’s nails with clippers first and used the Dremel to smooth the nails and it worked great as its rechargeable and cordless. The vacuum has been awesome to have! I have a German Shepherd, and she sheds a small dogs worth of fur every few days! This vac helps to cut down on how much fur is flying. The vac has 3 suction power settings. The lowest being the quietest and the high setting, although louder, is still relatively quiet. There are 2 brush attachments for using on your pet and 2 other attachments for cleaning up the fur from furniture, etc. There is 2 attachments for buzz cutting your pet. One for their body with several height guards and a small one for paw pads. I’ve not used these so I cannot say how they work. I’d HIGHLY recommend this vacuum to anyone needing to control the problem of high shedding dogs.Â

Honestly an amazing product! The vacuum isnât as quiet as I was expecting but worked out great, husband sat with our pupper and I clipped him. Three canisters full and our pup looks amazing!! He was settling down as the cut went along.The suctioning is what makes this so amazing, pulls the hair up and makes it super easy to cut plus no mess after is a super huge bonus!!Havenât used the nail trimmer yet, going to have to read up how to use that first but so far so awesome with this product!!
