Gentle
Bought this to see if it would help with extremely dry eyes. While my eye issue is likely hormonal (perimenopause side effects, ugh) I will say that during the worse of allergy season, I live in the south, and for removing make up this is a super gentle cleanser. Comes out very foamy, no scent that I can detect and is effective. It does not irritate my eyes like soap. And very little goes a very long way, making it a great value.

Gentle but effective!
This prod itâs helped my eyes SO MUCH! I was diagnosed with blephartis recently. Normally, this only happens in the winter. But for some reason this summer, Iâve gotten a really bad all around my eye, worse than itâs ever been. This is a gentle foaming eyelid cleanser that has helped calm the inflammation, clean my eye lids without burning and prep them for the ointments that Iâve been using. Itâs a huge bottle that will last a long time as well!

Used it for 8 years. It works well but with limits
Amazon said I had ordered this 17 times in the last 8 years. I use one bottle every 6 months. I use this cleanser twice a day in the morning and before bed to clean gunk and debris from my eye lids. No more scratchy eyes when I wear contact lenses.It has worked well for me until a year ago when I developed watery eyes on my left eye, and very itchy eyes. Washing with this foam 3-4 times a day just provide relief for 30 minutes. I suspected that I have a demodex infestation. I tried a different tea tree oil eye wipe for demodex infestation, but it stinks my eyes but doesn’t relief or get rid of the problem. I started with TheraTears SteriLid Antimicrobial Eyelid Cleanser and Face Wash instead, and it got rid of my watery eye in 3-4 weeks. The itchy eyes and crusty eyes are mostly managed and slowly going away after a couple of months. I will write a review on that product separately. In the mean time, I continue to use Ocusoft cleanser to clean my eyes in the morning and then use the TheraTears once I clean my eyes with Ocusoft.

The best product for cleansing lids!
This is the best product for eyelid cleaning. The solution is budget friendly, easy to use, gentle and has no scent or dyes. It does what it is supposed to do for a fraction of the cost of daily eyelid scrubs individually wrapped that you see in the store. I have been loyal to this product since I was diagnosed with dry eyes over 20 years ago. I put this directly on my fingertips to clean my lids. Some brands of the remoistened ones felt too scratchy on my skin.

Do not waste your money on this product… it does an ok job but for what it costs its nothing but a blatant huge rip-off. Its one third of the price in the USA so the cost here in the UK is an absolute con job!!!

I’ve used this eyelid cleanser for years. There is nothing on the market to rival this version of Ocusoft. I recently purchased a tiny bottle of Ocusoft Plus which made my eyes burn. I’ve never had any issues with the original Ocusoft eyelid cleanser and am happy to have purchased it from Amazon. Though relatively expensive it does last for ages – my last bottle lasted for just over twelve months.Unfortunately my last order of Ocusoft 215ml arrived quite warm as it had been on board with driver from 8.18am till it arrived at around 7.00pm. I am still thinking about returning it, as I’m unsure whether the heat has affected it.
