Lots of steam for my locs!
So, I have just taken it out of the box to test it and it works great! I havenât actually shampooed and conditioned my locs yet. But I can tell that Iâm gonna love it. Also, the facial steaming attachment works better for my hair. I used the hood at first, but the steam stayed inside of it and never reached the length of my locs. By using the facial attachment, the steam reaches where I need it so itâs gonna work out better for me.

I love to use the steamer while I am deep conditioning my hair, it really helps the deep conditioner get deeper into my hair. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. The one issue with this product is the size, the bonnet hood is kind of small so it can be difficult to sit under it so sometimes parts of my hair doesn’t get hit with the steam.

Disappointing and leaking
I needed a new hair steamer and was excited to order this one! Unfortunately, the steamer I received was very defective and would sporadically spill and leak scalding water all over the place! My daughter was burned while using it! I am beyond disappointed in this steamer! Even more disappointing is the customer service I received from the company! I contacted them and explained the defective steamer. The customer representative to the company told me to send the email to her personal email and proceeded three times to state she didnât receive the email. She finally stated that she received it and then proceeded to inform me that their team would contact me on Monday. On Monday, she sends another email stating they need more videos of the steamer even though I sent her an email showing the defective steamer in action! Please buyer beware and do not purchase for your safety!!!!!!!!!!!!!
