Works great! I’m perimenopausal, and have hip joint pain and muscle pain in both legs.After three nights, I noticed a significant improvement and was sleeping better.I have sensitive skin, and had no issues. The scent is mild and the lotion absorbs well.Highly recommend… cheers!

Nice consistency
Pleasant smell, easy to apply, feels good on my skin. Not greasy. Seems to work at bedtime and for cramps in my feet. Time will tell whether this is doing the job for me long term.

It’s OK but I prefer another brand…
it was a good price so I tried it but I will stick with my previous brand. This product smells pleasant, and it does help, but I took a star away for the weird texture. It’s not greasy, but it feels greasy and heavy.

WORKS! Doesnât absorb well
Iâm going with 5 stars because this is the FIRST product that has helped with my restless limbs. They were waking me up multiple times, every night. Iâve tried prescription meds, a sublingual pill, magnesium spray, supplements, tying bands around my wrists and ankles, daily exercise, dietary changes, had bloodwork done, etc. and NOTHING worked. Yoga and exercise do help, but Iâd have to do that daily. Iâm currently bedridden due to a back injury, so I bought this since Iâm desperate, and canât believe it has allowed me to sleep through the night!Con: no matter how much I massage this in, it doesnât absorb well. Iâm left with white streaks even with a smaller amount. In the morning, itâs slightly sticky and rubs off like dirt. But I will take that over the misery of tingling bones ANY DAY!!

Great product.
Have suffered with debilitating muscle cramps for years, in thighs, rib cage, calves, and feet. Have tried all kinds of things. Have only used this for 3 days now so don’t know long term but have not had cramps for those 3 days. Like the feel of this lotion also. It feels very smooth and velvety. Doesn’t leave skin feeling greasy. Very mild smell. Wish it was a little stronger. Overall great so far.
