Didnât work as directed
My daughter has anxiety and this product really did not work very well. I read the reviews and theyâre pretty good but they did not work for us. I had to return it.

Works well and good battery life
Works great. Good battery life and absolutely can create a significant current. The secret is to have some moisture on your hand, either conductive gel or just a bit of water. If your hand is dry you’ll feel very little. I use this primarily on acupuncture points on my hand and wrist but I’ve also used on vagus nerve points in the ear.

Cool tool to add to your sleeping regime
I love to listen to meditations and thought it would be cool to start including this in my practice. I feel the electrical pulse syncing with my body and mind. It helps with using focus and relaxation. Donât use it so high on the scale / that needs to be worked up currently donât need to go past level 2 or 3 and it goes up to 15! You can use the excite to shock yourself awake!!! It works lol so again use with discernment.

Many uses, very useful
This product works by microcurrent. I sometimes use it to stimulate my neck, which makes me feel more comfortable when I am anxious. It can also stimulate the face. When it is turned on high, it feels like it can delay aging. The product is very good. It depends on how you use it.
