The flavor is mild and tastes okay. The gummy part is a bit odd, kind of grainy but dissolves easily. Super easy to chew.The effect on me is negligible. Maybe an age thing. I’m 59 and didn’t experience any change in mood, attitude, stamina or libido. So, maybe it is better for younger women? I honestly have nothing to compare this to since this bottle is the first I’ve tried of these ingredients.The price is comparable to what I see in my grocery store shelf. I was happy to have the opportunity to give this a try since I wouldn’t have otherwise.

Iâve taken them for about 3 months and in the 2 weeks I PMSed and hardly even noticed it because pms symptoms were minimal & still are and I am in such good mood when taking them I am less stressed and anxious.. I just feel happy ð and they arenât bad for the bedroom either! And overall I have more energy!!! Highly recommended!!!! Taste isnât bad at all !!!
