Not for toner
I got this specifically to do a mix of water with my hydrating toner as a refresh through the day. Unfortunately, the thing won’t work with my toner in it. It only works with water or the slightest drop of toner. When there’s just water in it, it works great! It’s got a strong mist. But it’s just not good for what I need it for. Just water on my face dries me out which is why I wanted it for a toner. It’s a shame because it’s so cute.
