Very good results, only complaint would be that it can get a bit uncomfortable just not for long
Could see immediate results and theres enough in the uv reacting gel tubes to get a few treatments in, I only need to use half the recommended measurement to get the job done. Very easy to use and clean. Can be a little bit straining on the mouth to keep in but if you sit on your phone and hold it with your other hand or have it in while doing a chore or something around the house the 10 minutes fly by and it doesnt make your jaw hurt for long.

Be Cautious! (Edited review)
I used to buy this stuff religiously, but something has changed since I bought it previously. The mouth guard I got came bent, more flimsy and looked used, the gel is different (has bubbles in the syringes?!!) and does not go your teeth easy with a q-tip anymore.. May I add, the gel burnt (i think) my lip when I accidentally got it on it by accident. Used to be my holy grail, but sadly will not be purchasing anymore. Sorry, MySmile. It was a good ride while it lasted. XoxoEDIT: After my review, the MySmile team reached out and were super helpful and considerate. Answered all my questions. They shipped me a new kit and they work just like they used too! Not bubbles! Thank you MySmile, will buy again. 🙂

It really does work and doesn’t hurt, unless you put to much gel on.
This was much better than I expected. I also did not realize how yellow my teeth really were. I took a picture for 7 days to see the change. Day 1 is actually before I started. My recommendation is follow instructions. Don’t need to over fill gel as it foams up. I did that on day 4 and I burned a bit of my gums, but it healed quickly. The last 2 days I set the timer twice. I still have a but yellow near the gums, so I will continue till its gone. Now I’m trying to get my family to try it. FYI this Mrs. Mortier.

So Crest White Strips make my teeth unbearably sensitive. Even the air can be too cold. This does not cause any sensitivity whatsoever, and it actually whitens my teeth. One syringe lasts for multiple uses if you paint it on your teeth with a q-tip. Highly recommend.
