COLOR MEETS CARE
Moroccanoil Color Depositing Masks provide temporary color with the treatment benefits of a deep conditioning mask. Exclusive ArganID technology helps to repair and seal the cuticle, while an Amino Acid Blend and Apricot Kernel Oil help detangle and hydrate—leaving hair with increased softness and shine. Use our curated range of shades to enhance tones, refresh existing color, or play with fashion shades. Nourishing color is designed to fade out gradually over time.
HOW TO USE
Apply a generous amount to clean, towel-dried hair. Section hair and distribute evenly using a wide-tooth comb. Leave on 5–7 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Note: Color results and longevity depend on hair porosity and starting shade. Before committing to a full head of color, conduct a strand test. Apply Color Depositing Mask to a small section of hair. Leave on 2–3 minutes. Rinse. If color is too subtle, try a second strand and leave on longer.

How long will the color last?
Color Depositing Masks add temporary color that is designed to fade out gradually over time. Color results and longevity also depend on hair porosity, if the hair is virgin (untreated), and how frequently you wash your hair.
How do I expedite the color washout process?
For a total reset, we recommend consulting with your stylist.
Will the mask damage my hair?
No. In fact, it does the opposite. These masks are intensely nourishing treatments. They do not contain ammonia, peroxide or bleach.
Will the mask stain my skin, clothes, or bathroom?
Minimal staining may occur and can be easily removed with soap and water.
Does it cover grey?
No, none of the Color Depositing Mask shades will cover grey.

Love this brand. This is great for refreshing your color. Easy to use and quick. The color made my hair look really nice without having to color and do damage from peroxide. Smells amazing and my hair feels silky

My hair: damaged, coarse and bleached. I recently had my hair colored red after being a blonde since 2018. Since I moved to my new home last year, I noticed my hair was feeling harder and looking darker after just one or 2 washes after redoing my hair. I realized my water was the problem so I installed a new filter for my shower head. But my hair was too damaged so I decided to go red and give bleaching my hair a break. But we had to bleach the top, which had been a shadow root to even the entire red color all over my head. But wow that last time of bleaching left my hair soooo damaged and brittle. Iâve never experienced so much breakage. I had been using Olaplex for a few years so my hair was healthy before moving to my new home. So thatâs the hair I started with before using this productâhard, brittle, breaking off easily, stiff and rough to the touch and extremely porous. In other wordsâterrible! My red hair washed out ridiculously fast!This product: after reading many reviews here and watching many YouTube videos, I decided to give this a try. I didnât want to color my hair again since itâs only been a month since I went red. First, I canât really afford that and second, I donât want any more damage. After seeing the copper on most, it was way too much orange for my liking. I wanted a true copper/auburn, not orange. So I mixed (as someone here suggested) 2 copper packs with 1 cocoa color pack. I was so scared to see what would turn out. I mixed them very well in a bowl. I then even distributed it through my hair, piece by piece and combed it through . I left it on for about 10 minutes altogether. And woah! I was blown away by how soft and bouncy my hair felt after all the damaged I had recently experienced. I couldnât believe it, but not only that, the color looks amazing! I have received so many compliments!! This color combo looks incredible! Itâs exactly the color I was going for without the added damage. I havenât washed it yet so I willl have to update with that information. I plan on purchasing the larger bottles since I absolutely plan on using this long term. What a great way for me to keep my color without causing damage to my hair. Iâm so excited I found this and a thank you to the person who suggested mixing these two colors. It works like a charm!! I canât recommend this enough. ðð¼ðð¼

I wanted to share my experience for anyone who was as undecided as I was when I was searching for color glosses and color conditioners. I did a lot of looking at products and reviews and ended up choosing to to try: DPHUE and this Moroccanoil color conditioner.DPHUE was the winner hands down. Even though it says it does not cover gray, I was delighted to find that it DID actually sort of partly stain my very stubborn wiry gray so that it looks a little bit more like highlights.It darkened my very faded light brown hair (that had a little too much red) in a nice rich way. Just a deepening and enriching. But the best part is how shiny and glossy it made my hair. Almost nothing that promises shine and gloss actually works on my hair. I have very fine, very dry, NOT shiny hairâalas. It always looks a bit fuzzy and the only thing that really usually gives it shine is LOTS of oil. I was amazed to find that this product actually did give my hair a little bit of sheen and a really nice soft shiny glossy feeling. I actually kept running my fingers through my hair. And it lasted a really long time (I donât shampoo every day because my hair is so dry, and after a week it still had that slightly thicker, glossy feeling! I am a believer in this product. And I am so picky about hair products.This Moroccan oil conditioner was a darker brown than the light brown DPHUE and it did stain my hands, where the DPHUE did not. The Moroccanoil did darken my hair but it did not even touch the gray. (I know it says it wont, but so does DPHUE and it did stain the grey) Moreover, I was disappointed that it did not give my hair that shiny glossy smooth feeling at all. Iâm glad I just bought a sample pack of this one.

Love this stuff in my blonde hair ends
I bought rose gold to put just in ends of hair, I love this stuff lasts about 4-5 washes and makes my hair feel super soft. The color is great on my blonde hair and does not leave it feeling dry or dead! Super happy with this product (: will continue to use. Wish it lasted a little longer but thats ok.

Be very careful
I used this color in October. I have a lot of hair and just used one small application.My hair was like flaming red. One picture. I washed my hair multiple times since it ins a temporary color I thought it would fade. It did not. I then read some stuff online and ordered the brown to hopefully dull the overwhelming color. The brown helped a bit (I was able to go out it public), but it was still very wild. I washed my hair a ton the first month. It faded some and was not so intense, but it was still pretty red.Go to the end of January (still red). I took an epsom salt bath. My hair did get in the water. Washed and let dry- I noticed the red was finally fading. So excited- finally!Then my hair fully dried and it has a green to it. In picture.I do not do much with my hair at all. I thought this would be fun to try because it was temporary. Well going on 5 months and it was not fun at all. Not sure how to get rid of the green. It really has been a really annoying stressful ordeal. My suggestion- stay away from this stuff!

This is the best hair product
my natural hair color is red, but I moved to California and because of the constant sun my hair color faded. This mask is something incredible. It added color to my hair and after this mask the quality of my hair is simply amazing, I haven’t seen it so beautiful for a long time. I advise everyone to definitely try itâ¤ï¸

Works really well. I have long thick hair and one pack lasts me two uses. I use this to âtoneâ my highlights when they start to get brassy and it makes them a rich and warm brown colour that looks a really nice. Lasts 3-4 months for me, washing my hair 2-3 times per week. Smells so good and leave the hair really soft and shiny but not greasy feeling. Have repurchased many times.

Iâve been looking for a copper depositing conditioner to maintain my ginger copper hair between dyes, this is by far the best Iâve tried. Most copper depositing products leave my hair far too much on the red side, and I prefer my hair to be true copper on the orange side, this does the job amazingly! One thing to bare in mind it is VIBRANT, and I do prefer a bit more of a natural look but after one wash it tones down a bit, and maybe next time Iâll leave on for less time or mix with a little bit of conditioner to see how that goes. I left it on for 7 mins. Smells amazing, leaves hair feeling great and after 1 wash itâs still noticeable. Perfect for between dyes, Iâll be buying the full air bottle for sure!

I loved this product. Reading through the comments, some people were saying the relationship price-product wasn’t really worth it but I really think it is. One package has lasted like 4 applications, leaves my hair feeling super soft, hydrated and it is highly pigmented. Would definitely recommend and will be re purchasing!
