Miracle worker
I have been taking these gummies for approximately 5 days now and can honestly say they are some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I only take 2 because I wanted to start with a low dosage to see how my body reacts, and it is the perfect amount for me. These WORK, and taste good!

Tastes better than the powder
As soon as I saw that there were miralax gummies, I had to add them to my cart. As a parent, it can be challenging to get a kid to finish a whole glass of grainy juice, as is the case with the powder option. My daughter thinks she’s eating candy and is straining less constipated, win-win. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because the taste could use some work.

The Miralax gummies were effective but had the unfortunate side effect of gas for me. I use regular Miralax occasionally with good results.

Top choice for fiber supplement
Great high fiber supplement with selective vitamin-metabolism support. I’ve purchased a couple of times. They are pricey for the quantity you get, so I don’t buy as often as I’d like. They taste good and do what they are intended to do for adding extra fiber to your diet, for regularity, and metabolism support. Recommend starting with 1/2 the dose to avoid being gassy, if you’re not used to taking any fiber supplement.

I started off with the full dose of 4 which gave me a severe bloat. I went down to three and itâs a perfect dose helps me use the bathroom no problem. I have severe IBS in these seem to only thing that does the trick for me. Definitely helps with digestion!!!! They are easy to chew and taste amazing as well. The only con I have is it doesnât last an entire month. Taking three a day, will only gets me thru 3 weeks.

Taste good, but really upset my stomach
These really upset my stomach!! At first I thought it might be a fluke, but definitely not. They taste good, but man, they make me miserable so they are a no-go. For anyone wanting to try them, I would start with a single gummy for a few days and see how it sits with you. Iâm able to take other fiber with no problems at allâie benefiber clear fiber in water or even miralax powder or psyllium capsules, so itâs something specific to these gummies.
