Great product, poor bottle
Very nice product. Was recommended to me by my hairstylist and I truly love it. I use it about once a month to get rid of any hair product buildup and it works like a charm! My hair is very soft and smooth after. It gets rid of any greasiness well and the scent is extremely pleasant!Cons: The bottle leaked during transport, so I guess the seal isnât that great. However, the product is amazing.

Fabulous Shampoo
This shampoo keeps my hair from getting oily (which it usually does about 24-30 hrs after I wash it). & honestly that’s the main quality I look for in my shampoos; along with residue/build-up remover. & this shampoo provides both of those things. Highly recommend it! I know it’s on the pricier side, but imo it’s worth it.

Effective + worth it
Smells very citrusy and is very effective at stripping your hair and resetting in. A very big bottle and using it once a week along with my normal shampoo has shown results.

Great product, but the packaging needs improvement
I love the results from this shampoo. After having to unexpectedly remove our water softener about four months ago, this is the first time my hair has actually felt clean after washing. It left my hair feeling refreshed, not dried out, and it has a pleasant citrus scent.What I didnât love was the packaging. The cap came loose during delivery, and shampoo spilled inside the box, getting all over the other items. Unfortunately, I couldnât salvage any of the spilled product, which is frustrating considering the price. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a common issue. It would be great if the seller could tape the caps or package the shampoo in a sealed zip-top bag. That way, any spills would be contained and at least mostly usable.I can’t give it a 5 star review because the spilled shampoo drops the value for the money.

Game changer if you have hard water
This stuff is amazing. I didnât know hard water shampoos existed until a couple days ago, so I wasnât sure what to expect. I figured it was worth a try because our water makes my hair dry and brittle, even with high-quality shampoo and conditioner. I just tried this for the first time and my hair feels like silk compared to normal. I donât know if this brand makes a hard water conditioner, but if they do you probably donât need it. I used the shampoo with my regular Nexxus conditioner and Iâm super impressed. If you have hard water, get it.
