Excellent Supplement for Sleep and Muscle Relaxation!Iâve been taking Nutra Harmony Magnesium Glycinate for a few weeks now, and Iâm already feeling the difference! Surprised by better sleep
Generally I don’t leave reviews on supplements because they rarely make any noticeable difference for me. I made this purchase because the magnesium was recommended to my husband by his Dr. I tried it because I read other reviews that talked about how this product helped them sleep. You can add my review to that list…it does help with sleep. So far it has also helped with odd muscle cramps in my ankles that would wake me up at night…they are gone. From what I have learned since making this purchase, is that magnesium is a very important mineral that is lacking in most diets. I would recommend this and will stay with this supplement.

It really works!!
My doctor suggested I start taking 500 mg Magnesium Glycinate before I go to bed at night. I was waking up several times a night with horrible legs pains. After just taking it for just one evening, iI slept the entire night. It has been 10 days, and I still sleep the night thru! The difference is unbelievable.

Love the benefit of these. They do not promote sleep but keep you well rested. There are nights I have taken these and Iâd still be up like I am now at 1:30am writing this review. Benefits to the body h though.
