Perfect Fiber Supplement
Perfect fiber supplement! Following the directions with starting it, I never felt bloated and itâs extremely effective. So much so my brother was in visiting and having issues with constipation I gave him some and after he left he wanted to know what the magic pills were. Highly recommend!

After spending hundreds on different fiber supplements, these work the best! They donât give me any pain or discomfort at all! I must say I do need to take them 2-3 hours before I get home from work so Iâm able to use the restroom in the comfort of my own home. The one thing that was odd was I received the bottle in pink instead of the blue bottle

Not for me
I purchased the sparkle fiber. While I’m sure these work for some people, these did not work for me. Other reviewers are correct about the taste being a little weird when you’re swallowing the pill but that wasn’t a big deal for me. I have a very sensitive GI so I wasn’t expecting this to be some miracle product. I took one pill for 7 days (I never increased due to my sensitivity) and felt like my discomfort got worse throughout the week. I was able to poop after I stopped taking these pills. Not for me.

So far not much difference
I started slow at one pill then tried to work my way up. I only eat twice a day due to my schedule. It seemed to hurt my stomach if I took multiple pills a day. I am only on week 2 and haven’t felt much difference. I will update after a month.

Works Fantastically!
These work so well! When I first started taking them I waited a little longer between upping the dose since I am prone to constipation, but ive been taking them for about a month at 3 pills a day and have not had any digestive issues since! The only thing I will say is the pills are quite large so if you are not great at swallowing pills these may prove a little difficult to get down.
