I was shocked that these work. The reviews shared hey didn’t stick mine did. Easy to apply and easy to peel apart. The pain relief during wear eased, not to thick and not to thin. Stayed on all day until I removed and did not leave a mark

Itâs basically a piece of paper that smells like antiseptic! Itâs advertisement says warming THERE IS NO WARMING at all ,The worst part was the green colored paper stuck on me when I removed pad after only an hour. Peeling off is PAINFUL and scrubbing the green off was difficult. This thing is a bad product, !! into the garbage it wentDonât waste your money!

Worked but irritated my sensitive skin.
These helped with the pain in my shoulder and arm, but unfortunately it irritated my skin. I think I will be able to use one now and again but not every night.

Sadly disappointed
Used before bed to enjoy sum relief from back soreness, could I have received a defective lot? No heat sensation whatsoever not even a slight herbal fragrance. Tried one on husband & same reaction. So underwhelmed & I really wanted these to work.

Didn’t Work:
I didn’t find that these patches work for me, they were uncomfortable, I didn’t find that they gave any relief, the second time I used them they began to itch, so needless to say I won’t be using them again, and they were a little hard to peel off the paper, they would stick at first, but after about thirty minutes they would began to peel of in spots, good size, not much heat, not worth money, poor quality.
