This is one of a few holy grail products I use. I take it daily before bed. It helps me with just unwinding, relaxing, distressing. Just helps all over muscle tension for me. Flavor was good. I mix it in with other things for a non alcoholic night cap.

This is a product that is worth more than 5 stars in my opinion. I have been taking this for a week and noticed a difference immediately. I am not saying everyone will get that reaction but I will say, it may be worth a try.REVIEW:(This is not medical advice, I am only speaking from my experience)I am someone that has struggled for many years with a sleeping disorder and for a while I was taking expensive medication that cost around $900 month. I could not continue to keep taking the medication so I needed something else to help me. So a doctor recommended I start taking magnesium glycinate(There are many forms so ensure you are doing your research). He also said it was perfectly fine for me to stop taking the medication and he felt the magnesium would do wonders for me if i wanted to go the natural route. After a few months of taking a different brand, I never noticed a major difference. So I finished that brand and tried another brand. That one was ok but not worth buying again. Part of my problem is I canât swallow pills so I am always searching for a powder form. There has been many trials and errors but I continued to search because my doctor says It brings major benefits to the body. Recently during my research, Kal brand came across my screen a few times. Also the reviews of others saying how great it was for them so I decided to give it a try.Im sooo glad I did. My sleep has been so deep. Every morning I wake up, I feel rested where as before, I never felt I had good quality sleep. 1) Tastes so good; nice tart lemon lime flavor and not too sweet. Also no aftertaste of alternative sweetener2) Dissolves completely so you donât get grainy bits at the bottom of your glass3) Awesome as a warm tea right before bed4) I only use one scoop and it works great. I donât need more than that and you might not either. This will make it last longer.
