I like being prepared and this kit helps!
While I havenât had to use this trauma first aid kit yet, I really appreciate how much is included in case of an emergency. It feels well thought out and covers a wide range of possible situations, from bleeding to fractures and even hypothermia. The kit comes packed with supplies like an Israeli pressure dressing, chest seals, thermal blankets, and splints, which makes it feel very complete. I like knowing itâs on hand for outdoor activities or emergencies. The amount and variety of gear give me peace of mind, especially for camping, hiking, or unexpected situations.Overall, it’s a solid kit that seems designed with real emergencies in mind. I hope I never need it, but I feel more prepared knowing it’s there.

Compact and inclusive kit for bigger injuries
This kit comes with everything you might need for larger injuries that might happen in the wilderness. It’s missing some if the more basic first aid kit items, but seems to be well thought out. I’ve used it once for calming down bleeding in a deep quarter inch gash. The bag is set up so you can strap or Velcro it to a car or bag, and leave the harness attached there when you pull off the kit. Overall a great kit that doesn’t take much space for what it offers.

have not used it luckily
Bandage product seems to be as described.. Luckily have not used them yet. I put them in a first aid pouch for tree climbing harness (arborist) in case of injury in tree from chainsaw or other cut.

Trauma kit, not a standard first aid kit!
As other reviews have mentioned, this is more geared to trauma situations rather than everyday first aid, although some of the items (e.g, elastic bandage, medical tape) can certainly be used for more normal injuries. I keep mine with my disaster preparedness items in the basement, although the bag is a good size to use for a med kit when camping or hiking, too. The quality of the contents is solid, and it’s honestly impressive how small the kit is for how much is included in it; it only weighs about a pound and a half fully stocked.

Good starter kit, but check items to see if it’s still good and add more items.
Good starter kit in a quality bag. However, it’s far from being complete. The safety pins are useless, low quality. They just don’t make these like they use to. Bends easily under pressure .Sheers could cut through the fabric if you had another person that can help you hold the gauze or other items tight so you can get a clean cut. Else they are no good.Metal tweezers were dollar store quality. Good for hairs, but not for real splinters.Sadly the alcohol and cleaning wipes were already dried upon arrival, so they are also of no use in terms of a safety kit. However, the dry goods are the same quality as any home kit.Gave a little more generously because it included the Israeli bandage, which you don’t see often in these kits.

TRAUMA kit
This is a trauma kit. Therefore, I hope I will never need to use the items in this kit. I am one who likes to be overprepared, and I live next to a recreation area where trauma injuries happen. The materials in this kit seem decent quality from a through package inspection. They would do until the injured person could be taken to a better place for care. There seems to be a misperception that this is a first aid kit. It could be. There is plenty of room in the very hand, well made bag to organize all the first aid supplies you’d need. The contents included in this kit are for more extreme emergencies than the usual cuts and sprained ankles and splinters. It’s good stuff to have on hand. This bag is excellent for either a trauma kit or a first aid kit,. It has lots of room, lots of pockets of various sizes, a sturdy zipper, and lots of ways to carry it. This is a great kit, and I am happy to have it on hand just in case.

First Aid Kit
This first aid kit absolutely exceeded my expectations. The bag is made from high-quality materials and feels built to last, and I love the MOLLE designâitâs both rugged and versatile. What really sets it apart is how incredibly well-stocked it is. It includes everything you could possibly need, far more comprehensive than any other kit Iâve seen at a similar price. Despite being packed with supplies, itâs compact enough to store easilyâI keep mine under the seat in my truck. Iâm so impressed, Iâm buying another one for my boat. Highly recommended!
