Amazing Natural Deodorant
I donât generally leave reviews unless the product is exceptional. This product is exceptional. It has an amazingly musky, woody, herbal, spicy fragrance that lasts at least 24 hours. Now, I donât have a very physically demanding job, but I live in adesert and simply walking across a parking lot can get anyone to sweat. I may sweat, but I donât stink. It really compliments the 2 colognes I tend to wear: Burberry Classic and A&F Woods. It is slightly more viscous than other natural deodorants, so the application takes a few extra seconds. I canât defend the paper, push-up applicator, but itâs not plastic and Iâm ok with that. Iâm just surprised someone smarter than I am hasnât come up with a better design for that. All that being said, it doesnât affect the product itself. I hope they allow subscribe and save soon!

A great deodorant exceptâ¦
I love this brand and Iâve been using it for YEARS. I recommend it to everyone. That being said, I noticed recently that they changed the label from saying naturally derived ingredients to âmade with naturally derived ingredients â. Which makes me think that the quality of ingredients may have shifted. I donât have an old bottle to compare it to though.Anyway, it never irritates my skin, which is a reason why itâs so hard for me to wear natural deodorants. It smells and works great. Yes I may need to reapply in the summer, but thatâs every type of deodorant. I live in Florida, itâs bound to happen.

What deodorant should be
I have literally had issues with deodorants for years. When I found one that was strong enough to last a whole day, it was almost impossible to wash off in the shower. I used another natural deodorant that worked well enough, but when I made the conscious decision to try to eliminate as much plastic from my home as I could, the search was on.Hey Humans is amazing! It now holds the place in my life that a deodorant should: it does it’s job well, smells pleasant, doesn’t contribute to trashing the planet and now I can turn my attention back to more important things than thinking about deodorant.Thanks Hey Human for a great product!

This is the only deodorant my tantrum-prone armpits will allow me to use.
Pros: actually gentle on sensitive skin. smells great. doesn’t stain clothes. safe, quality ingredients.Cons: expensive. messy to apply. very streaky and white after application. doesn’t last long (manage expectations if you really need strong scent control, or something that lasts all day). melts, crumbles and breaks easily if you live in a warm area, and then you have to scoop it out and apply it with your fingers. can be difficult to push up through the container.Overall: I would not use this if it wasn’t the only deodorant my skin tolerates, due to all the cons listed. That being said, very grateful that this exists given my limitations!

Greatest deo for the B.O.
Before I start, I need yaâll to know I have SEARCHED the universe for a deodorant that is natural and also keeps the stank away and I end up smelling like an onion within an hour every time. UNTIL I FOUND HEY HUMANS. This shizz really smells good and not just cover up the stank fragrance, like ACTUALLY smells good for the entire day.When I was reading reviews there were a lot of complaints about it being crumbly (just hold it on your armpit for .3 seconds and itâs warms up) I saw reviews about packaging issues? Idk I have zero complaints about this product I give nothing but 5 stars and now I have happy armpits and donât have to torture my boyfriend anymore lol

Good but residue not ideal
Tested 6 deodorants with these goals:⢠Reduce odor entirely or minimize significantly.⢠Minimize wetness from any sweating (variable of course).⢠No aluminum (often only in anti-perspirants, and not great for you).⢠No phthalates (not great for you).⢠Natural fragrance (see last point).⢠Test each for at least two days which vary in exertion and stress.My anecdotal ranking (X/10):1. Duke Cannon ( 10/10 ) â Best across the board, especially the consistency which goes on smooth and clear. All day fresh.2. Dr. Squatch ( 9/10 ) â As good as Duke, but consistency was not as smooth and not clear. All day fresh.3. Hey Humans ( 7/10 ) â All day fresh, but consistency was not smooth or clear. Left lots of residue.4. ATTITUDE ( 6/10 ) â Fresh about 60% of the day and consistency was not clear or smooth.5. SoulDeo ( 6/10 ) â Included charcoal. Same result as Attitude. The peppermint scent wasnât nice. Other scents available.6. Old Spice ( 5/10 ) â Was the baseline Iâve used for 20 years. Barely lasts 50% of the day and only gets 1 extra point for being clear.

Donât push up too much
It works and smells fresh and not overpowering. The cardboard tube while a great idea, does get soggy and this leads to the top not fitting over the bottom well. I end up not using the cover. Iâve purchased this in various scents but rose water ginger is my fave!
