relieves my pain temporarily ~
The adhesiveness is decent. When I move around, the patch stays in place. It doesnât shift much. The herbal smell is strong. But in my opinion, itâs not overpowering. I didnât experience any skin irritation while using it. As for effectiveness, it gave me temporary relief in my knee area. It didnât eliminate the pain completely, but it did help.Itâs also very easy to use. Just peel and stick. Overall, Iâm quite okay with it.

Pain Relieving Knee Patch with Natural Herbs
This is a very nice product of pain-relieving patches designed to fit the shape of knee. There are 12 pieces sealed in a plastic bag, but you can smell the strong odor of the agents without opening the package. The patches are very sticky to keep on the body and the soothing agents can penetrate in the tissue. I cannot tell it is cool or hot, probably a mixture of both, but it is soothing and relieving. It appears that there are several herbs in the patch that help. I like to keep the patch on for about a day and take it off at night for a change.

Overpowering smell, no heat
These patches have an overwhelming scent to them that I’m unable to place. Definitely herbal and medicinal, but very unpleasant. As the pouch isn’t resealable I had to put them in another container to prevent the smell from taking over my entire house.I noticed no heating sensation at all when using them, and the adhesive is rather strong – enough that it hurt to remove despite the area being hair-free.They’re rather uncomfortable to wear as well, as any movement of the joint they’re over shifts the non-flexible patches.Not something I’d order again.

Patches are designed for the knees but can be used with multiple joints: knees, ankles, elbows, shoulders, even pasted flat against the back.2. Patches are very sticky and stay on well.3. Patches provide pain relief well, for about 4 hours for me.The not so good: Patches smell strong of herbal medicine. The smell being good / bad is subjective. I don’t like the smell but I grew up associating that smell to remedies for ailments so I accept it.

Not sure if it’s a placebo effect or not, but my knees have been hurting and when I put this on, it feels like some type of lidocaine pain relief patch. It has a faint smell of herbs and is made of cloth with adhesive backing. It lasts for at least 6 hours, but if you move too much or sweat a lot, it’ll start to peel off. You can also put this on her ankles for support too.

These work well for pain relief. While designed for knees, they also worked well on the arms. The medicinal smell is worse than many other brands I have used previously, but the smell is more manageable under clothing.
