Why did you pick this product vs others?:Such a great price for an amazing product. Itâs a great size with cute color options. Gives first time moms comfort like myself while getting your babyâs nails trimmed. Itâs not intimidating like nail clippers. Does not cut babyâs skin if touched which is the best part. Itâs safe, easy, and anxiety freeing.Â

Weak for toddler nails
Itâs alright. It does the job but only if you do it VERY softly and with little to no pressure to actually trim the nails without it constantly stopping. Itâs a nice feature that it stops but it stops with just the littlest amount of pressure which prolongs trimming the nails leading to an impatient toddler. The mom cozy one is much better.UPDATE: I bumped it to 4 stars because the customer service was phenomenal and absolutely thoughtful! They issued me a full refund and gave me a free item, they deserve the 4 stars for their complete courtesy and politeness. Thank you so, so much 🙂

Works Great
This nail file is so easy to use and is so calming for baby! I trimmed my baby’s nails with a clipper and when I caught his skin a couple times I decided to look for an electric file. The quality of this file is amazing! It’s the perfect size to comfortably hold and move around little fingers. It works perfectly and even stops when there is too much pressure against the file so it doesn’t hurt the skin. It’s also very quiet and painless so it does not bother my baby at all.

Quick and simple
Anyone that has a baby or small child should own one of these. They are a game changer for keeping babies nails short. I can have my grandsons nails on both hands completely done in about 1 minute. Keeping an 8 month old still for longer than that is already a struggle but this file has left no room for struggles. It’s so simple to use I absolutely love it.Each file is labeled according to age so you can be sure you’re using the softest file on new babies. It spins in both directions which is so handy for infants that still have super soft nails. I do recommend keeping it out of children’s reach, but there is a safety push button to keep the small pieces away from kids if they did get their hands on it.Overall I have zero complaints. It’s affordable, well designed, easy to use, and works extremely well.

Must have baby item!
I have a 2 month old who recently discovered how fun it is to scratch her face. As a new mom, I was worried to use nail clippers on her tiny nails- and discovered how much of a life saver (and face saver) an electronic nail file could be. This was definitely a game changer and allowed us to maintain her little nails-stress free. It has a compact design, thatâs easy to use and comfortable for both mom and baby. Gentle enough for newborns!
Iâm a first time mom, and after about 2-3 weeks of using a manual baby file on my newbornâs nails I was already over it. It just took too much time and just wasnât very effective. I purchased this and did the same task in a fraction of the time, and was much more effective at getting the mail filed down. The pink disc for newborns is extremely gentle even on their skin around their fingernails. The machine itself is also very gentle- if you apply very much pressure it shuts off. On occasion it does snag the nail, but if I turn the rotation the other way it fixes it- it doesnât hurt baby but it scares me a little when it does this. Itâs super quiet and I actually find that itâs easiest to do when my babe is asleep so she isnât squirming! I appreciate that it has a nice case to keep all of the files in one place, but wish they snapped in as they fall out of their designated hole inside the case if shook around too much. All in all I absolutely love this and definitely recommend it!*UPDATED REVIEW:7/15, I now have a 5 month old and Iâm still using this. We are now on the green pad. While it does still work- as the nail gets stronger and thicker, the tougher it is to file the nail down. To have enough power to actually get it, you have to have relatively fresh batteries in it, or it just keeps stopping and not strong enough. I still recommend this, and itâs perfect for newborns and young infants, but my now 5 month old is starting to push the limits of its power. Iâm guessing we will have to find another option within a couple months.
