Works great in conjunction with Gundry program
I have been using this for over 2 months and have lost 12plus pounds BUT I have been following Dr. Gundry’s program as outlined in his book The Plant Paradox. I don’t think it would work just by adding this powder to your routine. Having changed the foods I was eating, adding this powder twice per day and adding in some exercise I am feeling better than I have in many years. I also using his Bio Complete 3 supplement. His program WORKS!

Not worth the money! No health benefits found
The product does not dissolve fully in water as shown in video. It sticks to glass/cup and spoon which means about 25% is not making it into the body, itâs going down the drain. I reached out to Gundry support to ask about this. They said âwe recommend letting the product sit in the water for 2-3 minutes to dissolve.â If this is the recommendation why it is not on the package?! I tried that and tried using a tablespoon of hot water, and still does not fully dissolve.Aside from product waste, Iâm not seeing benefits in energy, mind clarity, or any gut health, as asserted would be the case in marketing materials.Waste of money for me. I missed the return date by a few days with Amazon as I wanted to give it a full 30-40 days, so my $$ is lost.

Definately feel a little zing after drinking in the afternoon
I have been taking MCT Wellness for a week now. The cognitive effects are slight, but feel an almost caffeine like boost. At first it actually clouds my mind and hinders focus. That doesn’t last too long, and it mellows into a relatively normal state.Are lights all of a sudden a little brighter for anyone else after a few minutes? I am often working at a computer screen near a window and I find that I start squinting in the brightness shortly after drinking.When I take it in the afternoon I can feel my heart is beating harder and I feel it in my ears. When I drink it in the morning along with coffee I do not feel that effect (weird). I do feel a little jittery for a while as well.It does seem to curb my urge for a snack as long as I had breakfast or lunch. Of course if I don’t eat by late afternoon I still get hungry – you still have to eat! LOL! I don’t know about weight loss, as I haven’t taken it long enough, but if snacking less it will naturally help.I don’t think I would call this feeling “wellness.” Artificial caffeine like appetite suppressant and some both negative and positive impacts. We’ll see what happens.Berry flavor is nice. Not too strong or sugary. I mix with just cold water. I find it easy to drink. Have to keep stirring or shaking. Some powder settles at the bottom. Most dissolves.

A surprise taste awaits you
Blueberry and lemon are both very healthy ingredients, however this drink has a slight bitter aftertaste, nothing I could not tolerate because i eat bittermelon. I was just surprised not expecting it.

Not for me
The flavor is good, easy to follow directions, but it doesn’t work for me. It is VERY expensive and contains ingredients that I can’t even pronounce let alone recognize.For me, it’s a no go but everyone is different. I didn’t even open two of the three canisters. They’ll sit, and I will sulk because they are nonrefundable.
