Wouldnât power on, so I used the troubleshooter. Push and hold the power button for five seconds and it reset itself. I was ready to throw it away but now I can use it!

Gimmicky skincare tool
I was a little skeptical at how well this would work but took a leap of faith because of the price. Itâs not the worst skincare tool to own but I just donât think it does much so Iâd advise you to save your money.The buttons are a little tricky, I havenât figured out how to use any other mode beside the top one, youâd like holding would allow you to go thru the different modes for me it just turns the machine off or goes to the first mode.Iâve tried multiple times, multiple angles. It doesnât tear up my skin like other reviewers mentioned but it doesnât get tons of visible gunk out of my pores either.

Works Shockingly Well
I was a little skeptical about the quality of this product considering it is a very affordable price comparative to other skincare tools and devices. The device comes with two silicon covers and a charging cable. It recommends you to charge it for 5 hours before using it first, so don’t expect to use it straight from the box. It charged easily, and it comes with directions that breakdown the instructions very well plus include pictures for demonstration. It was very easy to use, and required little learning effort. The end of the tool is very blunt, it doesn’t feel sharp at all, or like it could harm you. The device itself feels a little cheap, and it worries me for the future longevity of it. But usingit on my skin, it worked amazingly. It cleared out a bunch of sebum that I have had stuck in my pores forever. It didn’t leave red marks or bumps from where it had extracted dirt, which is something I typically experience when using pimple extractors. Overall, at this price point I’m very impressed with the product.

I didnât think much of it when I got it but as soon as I used it on my nose after hydrating my face it really showed out. As you can see from the picture I attached it really got to work as soon as I started. But I can understand why a comment on here by a dermatologist said to use this as little as possible, about 1-2 times a week. Just because it is quite powerful and youâll definitely give yourself a headache if you use it more frequently. But amazing product and I would definitely recommend.

The product works fine on the face. I can feel an improvement on my skin right after the 3rd day. I have very oily skin and extremely clogged pores and this helped to remove the gunk out. Not all in 1 go but day after day of using it. It clears up. Just follow the instructions that were written here in the review section or you can youtube it. Very helpful. But the only reason i am giving this a 3 star is because no matter how long i charge it, the item only works for 10mins max! I did charge it for 2hrs at the start before using it. Can someone please let me know if they have the same problem? Not too sure what im doing wrong. Also, in the photo, we are supposed to receive the pink and blue attachments..i did not receive it in my box.
