I have been using Shilajit for more than a year with different brands, different form-capsules, tablets, resin…and I am still keep trying new brands to find the most suitable one for me and this Shilajit might actually be the one.For other brands, the benefits either be unable to notice or it will not be good enough for you to commit with it.
