I love this brush so much.
This is amazing. Bristles are soft but I can feel the exfoliation. The warming and cooling element is wild in the best way. I can warm by face before washing to open up pores, and use the cold setting on puffy eyes. Honestly best purchase in a long time and have convinced a few friends to buy one because it is honestly the best.

I love this!! I gave it 4 because the heat and cold function don’t vibrate ð but boy do they get hot and ice cold quickly!! The bristles are soft yet thorough and provide good cleansing of face. I use it on lower setting for massaging cream and serum into face. I really hate the whole face and skin routine weird I know but this little gadget is actually fun and I never cease to be amazed at how fast it heats up and when you switch to cold wow!! Instant ice cube!! Love it!! May buy more for my daughters! Birthday or Christmas present

Functions donât work
Waste of money. After 8 uses(5 weeks missing the return window) the lights both the blue and red shut off moments after turning on since the last use. Itâs full charged and has never been fully submerged in water. This is the 3 seconds I get after charging for 5 hours.

Great product, but can it get wet without damaging the charge port?
I love this face scrubber, but I do have a big concern that wasnât addressed in the instruction manual: Can this product get wet?It is advertised as âa multi-functional beauty device that can deep-clean⦠Clean face with facial cleanser, the effect is better.â However, the USB-C charging port is open. What prevents water from entering the charging port and disabling the scrubber? I have concerns about this and I donât want to risk damaging this product.Other than that, I really like it. It is easy to use! It holds a charge and works well for a good cleaning. The metal plate gets warm/hot or cold (heat or ice) depending on which option you select. It really does feel hot or cold! It was fun to switch between the two modes. I also found that it was FANTASTIC with my cleanser, although I had to be very careful when using and Iâm honestly not sure that I would use with cleanser in the future.For $28.99 (at time of review), I felt that this product would be a good value⦠if there was clarity regarding the water/charger issue. I did appreciate that a USB-C charger was included.
