Seems to work great with my Omron BP786N Series 10
Yay it WORKS! I purchased a different brand first and it was a total bust. This one works great. I took my pressures with the original cuff and then this cuff and they came out virtually the same. This cuff is just easier for a person to apply themself.

Exactly the size I needed
I received a small one with the blood pressure monitor and ordered this cuff as the small one was unusable. This cuff fits my arm nicely and does not need any adapter to connect to the monitor. The readings are accurate.

Pro Comfort Extra Large Blood Pressure are a pretty good replacement for my Omron that died
The Omron cuffs that came with my machine died and these were a pretty good replacement. They thinner (cheaper), and none of elbow adapters worked so I plug it in with the blue straight adapter which takes up more space on my table. They are great value for the money compared to what Omron wants for a replacement.

Metal glitch
The cuff doesn’t work for me because of the metal bar in it twist on my arm as it pump up to take my pressure. I would have rather not have that metal piece in it. I guess that helps people who aren’t able to administer a cuff by themselves. It just doesn’t work for me.

This cuff fits great and has room for bigger sized arms, finally able to get a better reading.

Overall well made, but inconsistent readings on my machine
The cuff seems well made. However, everytime it inflated the cuff itself would making popping noises which seemed like it was shift as it inflated. The readings from the cuff would vary 20-30pts. I couldn’t get a single reading that I trusted so I had to return it. My old cuff would be fairly consistent on reading 2 and 3, but not this one.I am assuming that it was just not compatible with my machine, though I don’t know why because it seemed to inflate and deflate with no errors.
