Awesome Acne Treatment!
Our son has used this Emuaid Overnight Acne Treatment for the past 5 years. It has really helped him control his acne. It does have a strong smell, but works great! It also may stain the pillow case at night, but replacing a pillow case is worth having the acne problem controlled. It is really important that it is used properly to get the best result. I called the manufacturer to get clarification on how to properly use this product. The bottle is to be always upright and now shaken so that the oils remain at the top of the bottle and the other ingredients are at the bottle of the bottle. Use a Q-Tip and dip straight down to the bottom of the bottle into the bottom ingredients, then straight up and out, then apply to acne areas. This technique will work correctly and will make the produce last for a long time. It is applied at night and them is washed off in the morning.

I absolutely adore this product! It can be very drying and it does have that “I spent the weekend in hell” sulfur smell but these are absolutely worth it. Anyone who has suffered with acne know how horribly self-conscious it makes you feel, how frustrating it is to see theMiracle Cure endorsement spokesman claim benefits you never see yourself, and generally feel somehow less than everyone else around you, always afraid to let your guard down. I’m not claiming perfection of my skin by any means, but I swear this stuff at least works for me, and NOTHING works for me. If you’re reading this, at least give it a try. I stumbled on it by accident and I’m so grateful I did. But even if it doesn’t work for you, something will. Acne sucks but we as the ones with it are those who notice it most. We care more than anyone else ever will. But this helped me tremendously and I hope it helps you too! Stay strong if it’s doesn’t & never give up.

Wow, this product is amazing. I’ve always been a Proactiv customer but only because of the repairing cream, it’s what actually gets rid of the acne. I’ve never experienced acne problems & only suffer from the occasional premenstrual pimples, which is why I finally decided to dump Proactiv & gave this a chance….I’m so happy I did!The Emuaid got rid of my pimple overnight & I couldn’t believe it was gone! Even Proactiv doesn’t do it in one day. I’m so happy I found this. It’s only $20 & it’s gonna last more than a year, I KNOW it!Make sure you let it settle so that the clear liquid sits atop the pink sediment. Dip your cotton swab into the sediment & pull straight out & apply. Best applied overnight so it works with your body’s regenerative state during your sleep cycle. Besides, the stuff is pink & you’re probably not going to want to walk around with pink crust on your face.Cystic acne may require more treatments but stick with it & you’ll get results. If you experience dryness in the area of application, rub any natural oil (vitamin e, castor oil, argan oil, etc.) or just moisturize the area more often throughout the day.Give this a try, you’ll be glad you did! ð

Works… not necessarily ‘overnight’
While I have purchased this several times and believe that the quality of ingredients (salicylic acid, sulfur) is good, I’ve repeatedly found that it is a bit of an exaggeration to call it an ‘overnight’ fix for a blemish or pimple. Often, after a night of use, I will find that the problem pimple is actually worse, or more advanced, in the morning. After a few days of repeated use, however, the product does work. That could be my personal physiology or a variety of other variables, but this isn’t a true ‘overnight’ cure, so I warn people that it may take several applications before working. (I’ll also say that it has had virtually no effect on my blackheads, so don’t expect it to treat those. It’s literally just a spot treatment.)

I have suffered with severe acne and rosacea all my life. I have used everything the Dermatologist prescribed for 40 years. Nothing has ever worked, most treatments have made the condition worse. I applied Emuaid Overnight Acne to a very inflamed face with infected pustules. The oil that my nose and face excretes literally burns my skin. All other products just seem to make the burning worse. This product calms, clears, and stops that excess oil, heals the wounds and pustules. It is wonderful to have complete relief so soon. It is really sad that this product is not on the shelf at Walmart for a more affordable price. I am re-ordering because the small bottle is half gone after just two days.I was wrong about the bottle being half empty after two days. These bottles last me almost a month and I apply liberally every day. The product is great and the color blends in like a good make-up. I have much less acne now than when I started using this product about 3 months ago.

This is stong medicine and works great
I’ve suffered from ugly red pimple outbreaks all my life (even in my fifties). This is the best medicine for erasing red pimples or splotches (where you can see and feel it coming) I’ve ever used (and I’ve used a lot of them). It is serious medicine and you need to be careful and follow instructions. Best advice I can give is learn to apply a very thin coating to the area you want to treat and do not leave on overnight. It will reduce or even erase the pimple with just a 2-3 hour treatment, or two treatments with a break. Leaving on overnight can actually leave the skin semi-damaged. So, great stuff if used and applied properly. Do not ever shake the bottle, just dip a Q-tip in and pull straight out, wiping off the excess before applying.

Follow the directions and don’t ‘mix’ the two fluids; use a swab to the bottom (so both the clear and pink liquids end up on the swab end, and apply. Very little goes a long way and it’s super effective for reducing, often eliminating spots. Also very good for applying to areas that are often a problem; every 2nd or 3rd night, apply first and give it a few minutes to work its way down into the pores, then you can apply other night products. Again, a thin, small application is best.
