6. If the pet mat works abnormally, please reset the pet mat first and then check it again. (Check the latest user instruction for more details)

Roll out the pet mat on a table or a sofa, do NOT move it again and wait about 20 minutes.Install a new 9V alkaline battery.Switch the power switch on the side of the battery box to turn on the mat.Wait 1 minute, then short press the Action Button to set the working mode as TONE.Touch the mat with the side of your hand, you will feel a very very low pulse and hear a beep if you leave your hand touching across 2 wires, the LED indicator will flash up. It means the pet mat works normally.Then short press the Action Button again to switch the working mode as you like. (TONE, TONE+STATIC, STATIC)

NOTE: Do not fold or roll up the mat when using.
